Chilli is way better if you plan on installing Windows, it's more compatible with the latest updates too and because it's so spicy it burns all the dust and therefore you don't need to do maintenance as often if at all

As a Canadian usually I'll completely fill my case with syrup, as it helps hold the seasoning in place and allows for what most normies would call "liquid cooling".
I love how Jerma goes from making an obvious troll video "there's no way to build a decent gaming PC for cheap!" to embracing the fantasy of making a PC via a cooking show, to fully entering an alternate universe where this is the correct way to build a good rig, and the rest of the world has been holding him back for years.

Jerma, you are THE MAN!! this guide helped me build my first PC EVER!!! Thanks to your tremendously easy to follow along guide, I was able to season my motherboard just right and save money on thermal paste with vaseline!!!! when i plugged my pc for the first time i set off a house fire destroying my home and my relationship with my family!! I was kicked out on the streets and now i can't afford food anymore. Thank you jerma for my newfound freedom, you truly are the PC computer doctor.
This reminds me of when I did a presentation in 9th grade on how to make a spam sandwich. We weren’t aloud to have knives in school (not even plastic ones), so I brought a cheese grater instead.
Knife, cheese grater... Same thing, really.
Before applying seasoning I prefer to coat my motherboard in a thin layer of caramel. It helps to glue the seasonings to the board so none fall off when placed in the case and I must say, my games work at a smooooth FPS thanks to that small touch. Smooth like Caramel.
But Caramel can get old over time and would need to be replaced. What Jerma suggested is better - especially for Budget PC builders - because they wouldn’t need to have too much maintenance
That is why you buy the cheap goblin, bit more grumpy then the premium goblin but will still change out caramel regularly
Will chocolate syrup be an acceptable substitute for caramel?
This is a good idea if you're going with a sweet PC build but if you're planning to go for the savory build instead caramel will just confuse the flavors, and the PC DOCTOR here was clearly going for a savory build. You don't put cracked pepper in a sweet build.
I have seen some builds use cracked black pepper, adds a bit of spice and leaves a sweet yet savoury gaming experience. As a true Computer Doctor, this was an oversight on Dr. Jermiah's part

I just found out that if you search "how to build a gaming pc for beginners cheap" on CZcams, this is only the 6th result. At least one person has genuinely tried this guide. That is terrifying.

I mean I usually just use salt and pepper, since im more into simpler seasoning, but yeah, electrosodium , technohydrain, and grastriphloride works pretty well too to spice things up
