I've never seen anyone do an acrylic painting like this before. I thought you could only get this level of just, beautiful detail from something like oil paint. Wow.
@missymona You're so correct. I clicked on this video just from the thumbnail and my eyes and mind read that is was acrylic, but they
registered oil painting. I completely agree, I've NEVER seen acrylic done in this way or at this level as to look like oil.... simply amazing and it goes to show that it isn't WHAT you use, but HOW you use it.

@@stellarmori well, acrylic usually has a flat chalky look. Well at least to me and this is full of life and the colors are so rich. It just has an oil painting aesthetic
This guy is at a different level altogether. Another thing to note is that he uses a fan brush most of the time. And the color mixing is amazing.

Its amazing how these details emerge out of nowhere, suddenly. And how you know exactly where everything should be put from the very beginning so that all those layers and backgrounds start to make sense at some point. I love it :)

My God wonderfull!!! I had not seen such a fine work of acrylics in all my browsing. I find all acrylic sources showing some bright plastic looking works which were never convincing. First-time I am feeling confident to move to acrylics from water colors knowing that a good quality can be achieved with acrylics too with right skill. You can't guess how much You relieved me of decision dilemma. A million thanks Sir. 🙏
