Hello. I'm presently sailing on the Scarlet Lady heading to Barcelona. Of course, I'm having a great time as always on Virgin. There is a great crowd, and it seems like everyone is having a great time. They have a lot of activities to keep you busy, but you have a lot of peeps that chill out by the dock house and other areas of the ship. The entertainment is top notch as always. I'm enjoying my DBE perks, such as the premium wifi that cost 325.00 for the entire sailing. The wifi service has been great so far, even in the middle of the Atlantic.
I wish I could give more details about the sailing, but I would be texting for a while. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

I was on Scarlet Lady April 2023 solo as a First Mate.. I will be on Valient Lady June 28 solo on Valient Lady. (4 day), and I will also be on the Resilient Lady out of Athens as a First Mate July 28. So excited!

Question: Does VV have a share holder benefits program. Also what is the Stock code for VV
I have learned thar VV is a private company therefore not traded publicly and, as a result, would not have a shareholders benefits program.

Being able to book dinner reservations 45 days before your sailing has been in place for a while now. Has something changed? I was able to do that last year when sailing. I'm also curious about the changes to Bar Tab. Is that only for new bookings? I still have several MNVV's that I purchased in 2023 that have Bar Tab with them. My 5th VV is May 29 - Fire and Sunset Soiree on Valiant and 6th on Sep 23 on Resilient - English Sights and European Delights.
Yeah some of the info she shared isn’t new or going away. Stuff was already happening in 2023, at least on my December cruise. Bar tab isn’t going away either. I booked an August sailing in March and got a $100 bar tab and $200 sailor loot.
I loved the NSA show ... saw it at least 3 times ... the 4th sailing they didn't have it, I was bummed. :-)

In 2023 I booked a cruise for 12/2024 out of Miami on Scarlet lady. If it is going to Barcelona, what ship would we be going on?? We didn’t receive any notice.
Did they truly get rid of "Bar Tab" because I see available for my upcoming cruise in January 2025.
I’m going on my first Virgin Voyage cruise with Valiant Lady next month on the 12th. Super excited! I’m sad that they took the wings off the menu for Razzle Dazzle.

I’m sailing on my first Virgin cruise in November- while I’m looking forward to it, I am concerned about their technology. I booked in April & the website offer told me I would get $250 sailor loot, but my travel agent said that was discontinued. Then I saw your video about bar tab & realized that this is gone , although it still appears on my app & on the website. Seems like a little bait & switch. I booked 2 staterooms & paid for 4 travelers & not 1 of us can get the onboarding part done. Won’t take a picture, won’t let me upload travel docs & now I’m concerned that it may not take reservations. Not a pod way to start.

Quick question, you scheduled the Aug 30, 2024 A Virgin Celebration Voyage (Miami) for me back in like Feb before these changes were announced. That voyage included a 150 bar tab from Virgin with another 150 from you, I assume when payment to Virgin is complete. How do these changes affect that voyage? I have to complete payment by May 2, so as I understand it, I can still make limited changes. Is there anything I / you / we need to do?

It is not. And I highly doubt LA will be the home port.
Wait a minute. My husband and I are scheduled 📆 to sail the Scarlet Lady next year from Miami for the Eastern Caribbean tour. So are they going to switch ships 🚢 by then?
No. A little misleading. Scarlet is on it's way to the Med for the summer and returns back to the Caribbean in November.

I am sad The Scarlet Lady is leaving. The Valiant Lady does not have the NEON words behind the wooden swings. Oh well. I am looking forward to my 1st voyage on Virgin real soon. I will be going solo. I will do the 4 leg. I want to go to Key West.

Does anyone know…there are a few bars inside of restaurants, can you just visit those at any time or do you need a reservation for the restaurant? (Thinking Pink Agave, Razzle Dazzle and Extra Virgin)
You can go in there and sit at the bar (if they have seats). They won't refuse your $$$$. :)

How much is the WiFi for an entire cruise on VV?
Basic WiFi is free. Premium WiFi is about $30 a day and slightly cheaper if you book for the entire voyage. Premium WiFi is free for "Deep Blue Extras".

I'm confused on the bar tab going away, sort of. I booked my cruise for 2025 back in February and I have a bar tab and it shows I can still add money to my bar tab. Is it only going away on new bookings? Meaning if you already have a cruise booked, you can still purchase a bar tab but if you book a new cruise, bar tab is gone.

Does Virgin have a customer service number or an email?
It's only on new bookings that the bar tab isn't offered. If you booked prior to April 1 they gave you a bar tab, you're safe!
I booked a cruise on Virgin’s app two days ago, May 4, bar tab is still available.
