Frances Hesselbein is the founder, president, and CEO of the Frances Hesselbein Leadership Institute. Hesselbein also served as the CEO for Girl Scouts of America from 1976-1990. In 1998, Hesselbein was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
