Late to the party here, taking in the replay, but I see your cooking channel and raise you a collab with Jess Sowards on the Farmers Table channel. Luke, my new friend, don't threaten us with a good time!! Yes!! Dude, do this!!
Yes you should have a cooking channel. There's just too many people out here that don't know what to do with the vegetables they've just grown, bring it full circle!!
I have a 10 yr old cat named Basil. He’s so sweet ( Sweet Basil), and also sleeps with me like someone would cuddle a teddy bear, with his head next to mine on the pillow ( Sweet Basil Bear). Thanks for reminding me to plant catnip 😊👍🌱🐈⬛
OMG!! I am in 97 degree super humid Western Kentucky! Have only been here for a year so getting used to weather and plantings. At 73, I am trying to do what is relatively easy this year. First time planting in cloth bags. So far, so good and no bugs in a state full of every kind of bugs possible!! Love watching your channel. Hoping to put a few more things in now.
I am 72 shortly 73, I used grow bags, 15 gal and tried potatoes..was going wonderfully and one day all those plants disappeared as did parts of those felt pots! Never underestimate a pack rat!! We put out a camera as it ate 1/2 my orange tree and never ever had that issue! Been here in desert all my life in citrus orchards and never had this…it ate my tree!! So happy gardening!
I've always had the best germination from your seeds! I only use one seed per cell during the first year because they are so reliable. It's so wonderful that you're focused on providing such a good service ❤
I ordered $50 worth of seeds from you two weeks ago. I sowed maybe 100 seeds (3 of these, 10 of those, 4 of another, etc) and all but ONE seed germinated within 4 days. I happen to scarify the ones that I can and germinate in baggies so I can control the process better. I’m so impressed with your seed quality! I also have some of your seeds from 2022 and those germinated this week too. I can’t wait to sow them this weekend. I trust that what you grow will also grow here in Chicago so it’s low-risk to buy from you. Love your channel and your seeds.
Rutabaga Pasties! You're making me crave fall! I haven't even gotten to enjoy my summer produce yet, quit making me want to tear out my peppers to make room for turnips and rutabaga lol! 😂
I have to say that for the first time I had some success with your carrot seeds that I got from you guys. Your seeds are the best around and I would never say that if I didn’t mean it. Thank you for what you do for humanity.
I have about 150 tomato plants and most of them are getting ripe and some stressed because of the heat. I just started another batch of tomato seeds and habanero/ghost pepper seeds 3 days ago, I am growing all the tomatoes and peppers I can grow till the cold knocks them out. There will not be any empty space in my garden this year…I get most of my tomato seeds from migardner…I love the varieties and colors. Happy Growing guys!!!
Cooking Channel- I WOULD WATCH!!! Yes, I yelled that. You know why it would be great? Because I pick the garden and then have to come up with what to make! This would be great - even if you did them less often! Thanks for this vid. I always struggle to plant for a fall crop. I am starting today!! Thank you!!
I’m not sure how but my cucumbers made fruit right before our two week heat wave and they are not bitter. Delicious and crunchy. I even picked them in the heat of the day because I didn’t know they were there😂 I did soak in cool ice water for 15 minutes. Wrapped in a paper towel and in a ziplock bag. So delicious 🙌🏻 90 percent of what I grow is MI gardener. The rest is saved seed grown from that and maybe two other brands of one seed type.
These types of videos are so helpful. I live in northern Indiana and I always say, if Luke can start plants now so can I. I am on your site right now ordering more seeds. You are the best, thank you for what you do
You will love their seeds and all their fertilizers! Not to mention the price too! 😊😳 My garden has been amazing this year!! All MI gardener seeds. Good Luck!
Perfect timing I had given up growing Tomatoes now , my daughters wedding set me back in the spring so I'm trying fall gardening, thanks Luke I just ordered from you
I love the Clyde planner. I purchased my 4th on recently. I gifted the other three. So I sent off to you for more seeds😊 I thought I was too late for rutabaga. Love love them.
Thanks for the info on using nasturtium seed pods for capers! I love capers and I love black pepper. I freeze dry the flowers and leaves crush them and use them for a pepper substitute.
Thank you! just ordered some of your broccoli, cabbage, kale, swiss chards and lettuce seeds along with the garden planner.👍🏻😊 I am a lifelong gardener and am going to try growing these for a fall harvest for the first time this year! 😁GROWING, GROWING, GROWING!💥🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻😁
Pumped to see those gold nuggets on there! I just bought some from you this past weekend and live in south GA so you just eased my mind on getting a good crop before our frost which is late November-December.
We planted some of your Delicata seeds from 2021 because I forgot to buy some. They have sprouted and I ordered some fresh just in case. We're in NE Ohio & are still planting seeds. We just harvested the end of our peas and have now planted cucamelons to try those. Your seeds are awesome. Thanks.
I would definitely watch your cooking show!! I loved your clarified butter recipe video and even tried it out later that weekend after watching. I would love to see what I can do/make with items from the garden and even produce I've never really tried before (ie eggplant!).
I buy seeds from migardener every year for my backyard garden, and I absolutely love buying seeds from you guys. I hope you will have more flower seeds that are easy to grow, and I can use them to develop a beautiful front yard cheaply. I absolutely love your work. Thanks. 😊
I don't know how difficult this would be to implement but have you ever considered having a section on your website where you could either enter your fall frost date and then it will only show you seeds that can still be planted? That could be kind of cool.
I would watch a cooking channel!! You make me hungry when you talk about what you make!! Also, so glad your seeds are heirloom. I would like to see a video that talks about saving seeds, how to dry, how to store, etc. Love your videos!!
I'd watch a cooking channel. Some of the recipes you described sounds yummy. Learning to prepare some of the items that are not so commonly eaten like certain flowers. Also, learning to do something different with some of the same-old, same-old garden harvests will be helpful.
I love this live it was great! I 100% love your seeds. I always have great germination. The only question I have is about the chocolate beauty bell. I planted 2 years in a row the plant gets big and beautiful and flowers but the pepper stops at marble size. Last year and this year. I’m going to try it again to see if I can get it to not stunt. ❤ I’ll be placing another seed order soon Thanks for being awesome.
Hi LUKE❤ I am sorry for saying this but you’re so cute!! I have learned so much information from you and this channel. Thank you for all of your hard work that you pour into this channel. I just got a bunch more seeds from you a few days ago! Planted some Granny Cantrells tomato seeds. Also planted some more Strike Green Beans last week and those have already germinated!!!
You should consider adding some short cooking clips into your gardening videos. Of things that you're harvesting out of your garden. They don't need to be overly long clips.Maybe you can edit them and add them to the end of your. CZcams video for the day.
I grow micro dwarf tomatoes at any time but I haven’t tried growing determinate or cherries for fall. It’s 100 degrees every day here but I may give it a try.
Hey Luke, love the content of your channel! When is your garlic seed available?I would like to order all my seed at one time if possible for delivery reasons.I'm in Canada across the river from you!
If you could get Hoffman's Johanna cucumber seeds, I would buy a bunch! They're an incredible cucumber that stays sweet, no matter how long you let it sit on the vine. I can't find them anywhere, except Europe. I LOVE your seeds!!❤
mmm. yum. yellow pear tomatoes. and I used to hate tomatoes. re cooking channel... I would watch your fans/viewers submissions, especially ways to quickly preserve and quick meals.
I just harvested my first watermelon. Moon and stars, seeds from MI Gardner. She was 22 lbs!!!! Tastes amazing.
Love how you bring the element of family and humanity in your mission and business purpose. Thank you for being genuine and wholesome.
You have lifted my spirits. I've been a bit down thinking I've failed getting what we needed planted. Thank you!
You can do it!
I agree with a cooking channel. Jess of Roots and Refuge has one she makes simple to make. I love her basil tea video easy and tasty 😋
Cindy is the luckiest girl in the whole world; it is evident you love her so purely, Luke! You two warm my heart!
I like growing plants for my neighbors and friends. It's fun seeing people grow orange tomatoes, purple broccoli and yellow peas. 😊
It doesn’t matter what other applications I use. I always need a roll of green stretch tie tape🙌🏻 I had no idea it came thinner🙌🏻
I love the idea of learning to use what you have on hand and just getting ideas of what to make
I have had Clyde’s Planner for a couple years and I love it. It really simplifies planting and harvesting!
Yes on cooking show! Always love seeing what you can take from the garden to the table 😋

I agree you need to start another channel for cooking! I’m so excited I can still plant, it’s not to late! 😊

Rutabaga Pasties! You're making me crave fall! I haven't even gotten to enjoy my summer produce yet, quit making me want to tear out my peppers to make room for turnips and rutabaga lol! 😂
Love your seeds! I planted my ENTIRE garden with them. And yes I would watch your cooking channel! Go for it!!! 😊
I have to say that for the first time I had some success with your carrot seeds that I got from you guys. Your seeds are the best around and I would never say that if I didn’t mean it. Thank you for what you do for humanity.
