Tone can be the adjectives of the voice. When you think into the future how do you want someone to describe your voice? Is it warm, gentle, spunky, deep, robust, laidback? Start to play with the characteristics of your voice and you will begin to modify the tone. You do this all the time already. When you talk to a puppy your voice tone changes. When you are reprimanding someone your voice tone changes. Your cognitive (thoughts) commands are usually the first step in your vocal tone. Think and become (: Happy voice journey!
I just want to know what I sound like... without forcing myself to be manly... trying to make myself almost growl when I spoke for years to be intimidating 😔...😭....well ugly crying at 4 am love your vids.

yes. maybe. ummm. no? I feel like it's super complex, especially when the voice is part of the dysphoria. My voice is all over the place anyway, and I have been surprised on many occasions by what sounds show up. All that said, you're not wrong. There's a huge variety in both masculine and feminine voices when you listen to them, and how we feel about our own voice is often a broken comparison game with some ideal we are trying to reach that is outside of ourselves.

@@k.lambda4948 coz no matter how many surgeries I get or mannerisms I learn, I can't change my race from black to white. The same applies to sex. Your trans identity is your identity but it doesn't make you an actual man/woman.
