In my case the stiffness is associated with pain. The worst is in the knees, hamstrings, shoulders, & upper arms which make sleep, movement & exercise difficult. Any tips for this?

Minute 1:27, you mention "spasticity", isn't just rigidity? because during lecture in my University they told us that "spasticity" is not the correct term for that symptom.

I love your videos, but please, do something with that volume. I wear hearing aids and use speakers pretty much at full volume. I've tried the close captioned but that doesn't pick up all words correctly. It is difficult for me to read and watch. Thank you.. :-)

Hello I have a question. Can we stimulate the hamstrings and calf muscles using NMES for Parkinson's patients to increase their strength ? Or it's not about that, but more about stretching and releasing the muscle ?

I am one of the baby boomers, who had to adjust to all these technical issues, so I know where your coming from.
You both do a wonderful job. I'm glad you hit all areas. It is very helpful. Thanks to all involved in making the videos.
