    Good shot, nice car turn out, bad track prep and it looks like real cool weather. Drivers did a great job of not wrecking any of those high dollar rides.

    My dads beetle finished in 3.58 seconds on a 1/4 mile drag race he was the champion of da day!

    Looks like if you got the right lane odds were you are going to lose. Bad when one bad lane decides the outcome of the race. Beautiful cars.

    This is a great track. The drivers have to tune their cars to go down it. It's always that way during qualifying. Some cars have run in the 3.80's.

    Don't think I've ever seen a concrete drag strip before. Seems like it would take decades to build up enough rubber to have a good race on. Maybe it's a northern thing but all I've ever seen here in Maryland and states north of here is asphalt. Even on the best tracks you always get that one bad lane. Definitely looks to be the right lane here.

      Texas Motorplex and Extreme Raceway in Ferris , Texas are both solid concrete.

      They used to run 1/4 but there wasn't no stopping distance lol
