As far as I know. You don’t need a pin for the virtual card. No pin is required online or when u tap to pay using a virtual card.

Hi Shem. The levels are calculated on a monthly basis. You may have dropped due to one of the new rules. Best way is to go on the app and choose ebucks then track my rewards then select previous month. It will show you what you were awarded points for and what you may have missed

When you refer to "swiping" your card at engen and other stores etc. Can you tap or insert for the same result or must it be a physical swipe. May be a stupid question but everywhere it refers to "swipe" instead of "use" your card. Could you clear this up for me. Thanks so much
You can definitely tap. Or even use your Google wallet or Apple Pay
@@ecomden Thank you so much, sorry one last question. I saw you still get R2 back per litre till 31Dec if you use a virtual card. I want to make a virtual card for my premier credit. Would the virtual card payments still fall under using my premier credit for 75% to 100% of purchases at partners. Or must this be the physical card.

Hi only saw the comment now. Yes virtual card does fall under 75%. Also if you use your virtual card 5 times you get a free coffee from Starbucks

Hi earning potential is still the same. But the rules has changed. Actually the rules for 2024 has just been released this week. But yes, I still make between 3-5k monthly from eBucks
@ecomden thanks so much Denver. I just managed to have a read of the 2024 rules now. It was a downloadable pdf via the app....is that correct?
New rules are to make a profit and reduce costs for the bank. ebucks was great however you now pay yourself from fees.
Ebucks is definitely watered down but you can still make a big profit. I make between 3500 and 5000 every month. My bank fees are at round 600
@@ecomden at level five that requires how many FNB product affiliations? Much the same to get 8 rand per liter rebate I would guess?
