If you meet the requirements to upgrade and you are hitting your caps on premier (fuel, checkers, clicks) then it would make sense to upgrade. As long as you are able to hit level 5 on private clients then the earning potential is much better

For clarity pertaining to ucount, are you saying you will remain at tier 5 in an instance that you getting a salary of R32k+ a month?
Probably means to say that you need that salary to get to tier 5
I can confirm it's not the case
