Hi Salih. It does make a difference if you are on premier or private. The earnings cap limits are higher on premier than on gold, and higher on private than on premier. For instance the maximum amount you can earn ebucks on at checkers is R3000 when you are on private, R2000 on premier and 1750 on gold

Hi great video, thanks. You mention that you pay your rates bill at Checkers, has this changed in the last year as we have tried a few different branches and they all say the same thing, that we can only pay at the money market which is exempt from the Checkers spend ebucks rewards. How did you get it right?
Hi amsey. I normally do the payment along with my grocery payment. I've only got one person in the past year tell me to go to the money market counter. I then went to a different checkers the next day and I had no problems. I heard a few people say they had this issue but it seems its just down to the individual cashiers. A way around this may be to buy a gift card at he till with the groceries and load it with the amount for the rates (I heard it works like a normal card so if you pay your rates with gift card at money market it works. I haven't tried this yet so perhaps try with a small amount first. Even a R50 just to test)

Hi Yasser. Have you had a look at the calculator on the website? Where does it say you are losing points? Another reason may be due to the account change and some of the calculations were done in the gold and some on premier. I’ve seen that happen. FNB should announce their new rules by the end of May then I will do a complete breakdown for each account

HI Nolwandle. In 2021 FNB changed the gold account to aspire account and they have drastically reduced the earning potential on the aspire account. The maximum you can earn at checkers clicks or engen is R150 for the month if you spend R3000 at that reward partner.

Hi thanks for the video. Ive just joined fnb in March and activated my ebucks card. But don't see any ebucks. Why is this. I fill around R8000 fuel per month at engen. What I'm I doing wrong?
Hi veerashnie. The eBucks for March has not been paid yet. It usually gets paid between the 8th and 12th each month. So we will probably only get it on Tuesday. Let me know on Tuesday if there is still no eBucks then we can try and find the cause

Can I join e bucks with eazy account?
Hi vico. You can get ebucks on the easy account but The rewards on the easy account are severely watered down. The maximum you can earn from ebucks on those accounts at R50 at checkers and R50 at Clicks and R50 at engen.

Lol BRO! That's a an 11% return per month! No saving account will give you that even per annum and you would be very lucky to match it with stocks, crypto or forex. But besides that... That R9000 I spent is money I have to spend regardless (groceries, electricity, water, fuel) so I will be spending that regardless. Anyway check out my other videos I make over 5k in ebucks

Great video and just to add Absa gives up to 30% back on fuel, groceries, dischem and many others. I jumped ship when I discovered it and I have been getting around R 3000 monthly in rewards.
