The Twist Coaster Robin Section has some seriously wrong info:
1.: It wasn´t the first El Loco, in fact it was the last one to open to the Public. The first one was Steel Hawg.
2.: The Coaster did, in fact, have Anti Rollbacks. There is a Front Row POV of it available where you can clearly see the teeth for it on the Lift and you can also hear it, however it is quiet. For Whatever reason the Anti Rollback managed to fail. Some reports say that the car rolled back as little as 5 feet (there are AFAIK no reported injuries, so this sounds reasonable), it might be that the Anti Rollback wasn´t engaged that low on the lift
3.: By the time Twist Coaster Robin opened Sansei either owned 75% of S&S or already the entire company since the full merger happened at some point in 2014
The reason why Twist Coaster Robin was a Sansei creation instead of a S&S one is more or less similar to why Togo was involved with White Canyon. Since Sansei is a Japanese company they figured that it was easier for the project to have them manufacture and build the ride locally while, to my knowledge, only the trains where build by S&S and shipped to Japan. Ever since these events Sansei had S&S and later Vekoma do all the work related to coasters.

American Togo coasters: Absolute stinking pieces of DS (Not gonna say it here, but iykyk)
3:00 RCDB says it operated until 1996, I can see how you got confused though, seeing 1966 and 1996 next to each other tripped me up at first too

oh hey i've ridden crazy mouse!! it's actually surprisingly pretty decent, the loop is super intense and there's some really good air on the final hills. it's easier to get to than you'd expect, it just takes a while. you can get a flight to memanbetsu from tokyo, then a bus and a taxi, or a train from sapporo then a taxi. there's a review and a shitty vlog on my channel ;)
I rode Surf Coaster Leviathan a month ago. It's a fun one but it had the worst operations and longest wait times I ever experienced on a rollercoaster. If you have no interest in the rest of the park I recommend that you skip this one.

It had Anti Rollbacks. Don´t know where that misinformation comes from. For whatever reason the Anti Rollback managed to fail.
