haha, "toyalla landcruiser", we call em troopys down here, best mode of transport in the aussie bush, we about to rent the house and go travelling around Aus. just installed the sound proofing so we might hear some music over the engine and road noise. these things will go anywhere, just be prepared to have a sore back and a headache by the time you get there haha :) keep it real

Warrantees don't get voided for aftermarket safe'y applications! Your warranty can be denied just for the component that was modified."Moss Magnusson" protects you only for non-oem parts that are within the manufacturer's design spec. Eg: non-oem air filters won't prevent you from getting service covered for a messed up mass air flow sensor! Tell them you will take them to court or better yet dont go to that STEALership anymore! Bunch of morons!
wow that comment really set me off! I dont like dealerships that try and manhandle their customers. That's a piss poor way to conduct business. Contact Mercedes Benz USA and tell them they voided your entire warranty, watch how they react. Im sure your dealer will call apologizing, but never go back there im sure they will find a way to get you back for ratting them out. What a bunch of DBAGS!

Kevin Spellman the only leg they have to stand on is the Radio won't be under warranty. Don't let them trick you saying the radio controls the car that's bullshit! Your ECU does that and that's in the engine. No fucking way your backup camera effects your transmission or suspension or engine! Fucking A I'm pissed.
I haven't looked inside my trunk yet but it seems you removed some panels to get to the rear deck lid yes?
That big holes are trunk clima. Not the best idea cover it.

I haven't installed my stereo yet but iam going to start the sound deadening now. I was wondering if showed the removal of the cargo net where the sub enclosure goes?
How strange I did not film that. Take out black plastic lip that goes over the lock then take the grocery bag hooks out (they have a small piece of plastic that you need to pull out). Then reach behind and pull the nut off the wire mesh thing

Any idea how much weight gets added to the car? The Trunk is by far the biggest culprit.
I used about 1/3 of the box and the box weights 40lbs so about 13lbs went for the trunk.

Raymond Urias, is it worth putting any noico on the rear deck plastic cover ?
I wouldn't makes the fitment difficult. Putting it on the rear deck seems to do awesome
@@RaymondUrias okay, also that ball in the middle seat belt that rattles, is it worth just taking the ball out or making it stay in place in there ?
@@david-jx5yc can you take the ball out and the car is involved in a rollover then that middle seat will not help the individual they will literally smash their head on to the roof of the car so the best thing to do is just sound deaden the hell out of the mechanism

Hmmm if I wanted to piss off my neighbors I would have built a custom ported box mounted it to the rear seats in trunk with REAR firing 2 x 12" JL W6v3 subs each rated at 500 RMS Each....all powered by JL HD 1200/1 ....That's the ultimate your gonna be deaf combo...and broke lol. Scaled back 2 x 12" 12W0v3 all powered by JX1000/1... That's the best affordable option the ported box will turn your trunk into a giant box!
