What are your actual thoughts on the chin tucks? They bored me to death with that in PT for my cervical issues but I’ve since heard from some people it’s counterproductive. Will definitely try your move here regularly, as I have problems in all the muscle groups you mentioned.

Spencer, question for you… I have kyphosis/hyper kyphosis depending on who you ask. Because of this curvature, my neck jutts forward, and I believe it is the root cause of my migraines. I like this two step move in this video and I will be using it! Just wondering if you have any tips or tricks for the neck that is so misaligned. Thank you! Traci

My mom had both of her shoulders dislocated in the past and they are still weak, especially one of them, who dislocated because it was too stretched in the holding place or something like that..
Can she do this exercise or is it dangerous for her shoulders?
And what exercises she can do for her posture and back? Cause she had a really strong back in the past but after the incident she could not really work out cause 70% of all her workouts are now considered dangerous for her shoulders..
In Yoga Practice we call that Pose..Goddess Pose..

Release it a little first. Also strengthen with bands, spastic muscles are usually very tight and weak.
