Cool pointer, back probe the Milwaukee (any) battery contacts and I'll see that they use 3.5v / 13.6 / (18/20v) reference outputs.
If you need to wire something with lower voltage ⚡🤙

I've owned many many of the automobiles with this exact system in them and found that it's best to just replace both the motor and the resistor as one can cause the other to go bad after you replace the one that tests as bad. Just sayin'. And most of the time if you look at the connector going into the resistor you will see they are slightly dark or even burnt. Pull the plug out of the resistor and look at the connections. I find they are burnt most of the time.

Thank you. I have 05 Yukon. Both heaters failed . Front Wires and connector fried.
Rear actuator failed. Blistering cold out
I've had lots of wiring issues with Chevy.
There is a great reset video on CZcams.
Now my door lock is failing. I suspect is why my battery is dead after 24 hours.

Hello! Great video! I was just wondering if the blower motor ever gave you the issue of it not turning off even with the vehicle off. I also own a 2005 GMC Yukon SLT 4.8l and I already replaced the resistor for the second time but it still keeps running so I am left having to pull the fuse when the Yukon isn't gonna be used. Any tips you can give me?

when you replaced the head unit in the dash, how did you program it?

i drive a 2005 Yukon Denali and i think mine just went bad the other day because i accidently left my truck in accessory mode and came out to a dead battery. I hooked up a charger with the battery still in the vehicle and i heard a bunch of clicking so i took the battery out and charged it that way and when i put the battery back in that's when i noticed my blower motor not working, im going to do the same thing you did and hope it's just the resistor
