Dana doesn't want another Conor, despite all the money he's made for the UFC, because when fighters become that big that gives them leverage and that's bad news for Dana. Like a good businessman, he wants to have the upper hand and definitely doesn't want fighters to be able to negotiate on their own terms.

@@mcp1228 There was a contract for it Tito wanted it written into his contract that they could have a boxing match but then backed out because he wouldn't get paid any extra for it so Dana must have accepted the fight cause Tito fought for the UFC again after and I'm pretty sure Dana would have jumped at the chance to be able to punch Tito with no consequences 😂

@@kingt0295 Yeah he used to teach classes in Boston until some of Whitey Bulgers guys started harassing him saying he had to pay them money then he jumped on a plane to Vegas met a few cage fighters got into it and was Tito and Chuck's agent for a bit then UFC was doing really badly so he phoned Lorenzo Fertitta and convinced him to buy it and the rest is history

Dana White deserves to be paid very well for his work as ufc president. However, he should not be worth more than all his fighters combined.
With out the hard work those fighters put out, Dana wouldn’t have a job to speak about. Yeah he’s the promoter-in-chief, but the hard work and sacrifice is done by the fighters putting in all those training hours and spending valuable time away from their’ families.
Dana gets to stay home with his kids most nights.
They should create a union and demand better wages and all share in revenue at a higher mark.
