Those promos/segment of the doctor in a wheelchair with Schiavone, were pure gold & one of the biggest highlights of the pandemic era's Dynamites!!!! Sometimes when there wasn't any good matches announced for Dynamite,i used to wait to see Dynamite only because of Those segments, even though even if I don't like any of the episodes, I never neeever misses to see Dynamite fully
Yeah Britt's promo segments with Tony Schiavone were amazing! Even throughout the dark times of the pandemic, Britts promo segments always managed to make you smile
& throw few lights in our dark minds in dark year of pandemic
Let's not forget when she was sending messages to Tony in the middle of matches for him to say in the commentary.

I'll be honest, those Wheelchair-at-Daily's-Place segments were what made Britt Baker as a character! That, and the constant mistreatment of Reba/Rebel. Without that era, I don't think we'd love her nearly as much as we currently do.

The Doctor is one of my favourite female performers today, she gets a little bit too much stick considering how much improvement she has made during a pandemic and injury! She suffers a little from being too cool as a heel, but she's really impressed me so far!

The wonderful thing about Britt Baker is that she’s a great as a wrestler, but her character is special and unique. To me she’s the best female character right now in wrestling. Sure WWE has awesome performers in the ring, but they don’t get close to DMD as a character.

Watching what AEW has done with Britt in the last 2 years gives so much hope to the rest of the division. So many promising, very young women on the roster that could be anything in a couple of years.
Yeah the AEW women’s division could be the best division in women’s wrestling in a few years
@@AgeOfWrestling the women's division is probably the only area that WWE still holds a clear advantage because there's not much incentive for established stars to make the move. yet... But who knows what could happen down the line. Even if nobody moves, Britt is a great example of a reason to believe that any of those women could be stars down the line, even if they're super green now

I know people used to argue that hey she is Adam Cole gf that's why she is this and that. But she actually worked on her promos under Chris Jericho shadow. Turning her heal was a great choice for her character. It's kinda like Becky when a goody 2 shoes jist won't cut it. And now she is the hottest in the game RN. Made history with that lights out match with ROSA, atleast I haven't seen that bloody of a female match really anywhere. Really great seeing her on tv
Britt Baker has come a long way to be honest. Just like Becky, turning her heel was one of the greatest things Tony Khan did because shes an absolute star.
Japanese wrestling has very stiff and bloody women's matches.

Britt is my favorite woman in the wrestling industry today. Haven't been interested in women's wrestling since around the time Becky Lynch became The Man, that was a good time in women's wrestling. Britt is a heel and is still over af. She worked her ass off to improve and it's paying off. If anything she deserves her flowers and respect.

I only know 2021 Britt Baker, so I don't know the development of her character. To watch her as a new fan (to AEW and pro wrestling) I don't love her. She seems like a pretty basic heel to me, but like I said I don't know the nuance of her character. Love to see her in the ring, but I don't have an emotional investment in her. My husband says it's because she plays it too safe as a heel. IDK, I am excited to see how my feelings towards her play out. I started out with favorites that I no longer think about, and new loves has cropped up the more I watch these back stories. So I can't wait to see if she brings me around. I oddly love heels, so I want to love her.

I love Britt Baker. Her Pittsburgh show was one of my all time favorite Dynamites. It also speaks alot to her starpower, not many people on the AEW roster are bug enough stars to build a whole show around.
Britt Baker has some of that "The Rock" charisma, just like Adam Cole. If you watch peak attitude era Rock promos the crowd is on their feet, chanting along and behave exactly like the Rock wants them to.
Britt Baker is the only women wrestler that has some of that monster charisma (Becky Lynch is awsome, but as a "bitter nonsensical you fans heel" she cant even compare. Also the crowds are different. And she has to read promos...). She is the woman superstar of AEW and her booking is superb as well.
Also her promos are more relatable than some of the ones the great talkers of AEW put out there. Jon Moxley is a wild and violent man and you belive him, but you can never relate, how could you if you dont eat barbed wire cheesburgers for dinner. Chris Jericho talks alot, fast and makes good points, but at the end of the day, him being Chris Jericho is what makes most of what he says "a good promo", if you had (nothing against the guy) Brandon Cuttler copy a Jericho promo it wouldnt fit. Also I think some of his punchlines become more and more almost WWE style dad-joke like in recent months, but that might just be me.
There I feel Brit Baker and MJF are ahead of the curve in the promo game. It feels like real people talking mean shit to other people. And its awsome.

Some constructive "criticism" to finish this essay of a comment: I'd have liked to maybe see some highlighting of her in ring improvemts from the last two years, since its really hard to see that grwoth on a week by week basis (I dont know much about videos and therefore dont know if that is even possible or realistic)

Even the sports teams are embarrassed of being in Pittsburgh and try to leave even when they are doing great. When they renamed her finisher the Pittsburgh sunrise I dry heaved. I can't imagine how ugly a sunrise in Shittsburgh would look shrouded by factory smoke. Britt Baker deserves better than an association with that city.
