I’ve purchased two of these recently and don’t have any of the issues you’ve had. Maybe they’ve fixed something since last year but I’ve had no issues as you’ve described. I have complete proportional control of yaw, pitch, roll and altitude in both machines.
You should review with the original remote. I haven't seen any such problems here so I have to assume that your modified remote is sending out wrong signals. Please re-test withe the original remote!
Do you know the propeller size on this? I can't find non-eachine replacements (theirs are overpriced for the flimsiness). Thankfully the one I just got seems to work fine...for now.
Tavent even looked at the motor size yet.. will probably take it apart eventually ;) Those props are really brittle though. My son crashed it and a prop broke in half..
