Yes we can, shout out to this lady for realizing, and achieving what makes her truly happy, and sets her mind free from enslavement mindset imposed by the system. 💪💪💪💪
Great video and lovely lady I would happily stay in her hotel if I visited Ghana again.
As for you be careful with the side chick talk you nearly got yourself in trouble hahaha
Not that we dont want to leave We just have no plan because America is not community oriented kinda what they call a dog eat dog world so everyone is not trusting of others especially on a large scale. Topped w a complex odd thing where you helped build the prison of a city then you feel trapped in it idk hard to explain but WE THINK ABOUT IT MORE AND MORE TRUST IF YOU BUILD IT WE WILL COME but I think Africans should fly to America go to the neighborhoods and talk with us a plan to come back it would b a powerful gesture. Plus its rumored that african men dont like us WE NEED TO SEE AFRICA STAND UP FOR IS we feel like outcast at times 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 u bro AYE GIVE me an african name please kinda wierd but I always wanted an african name

@@OtherworldlyTV take ownership for yourself nobody will do things for you nobody owes anyone anything just book a plane ticket and get a visa it's easy and take a visit as a white Englishman I can say the mentality is even the same here dog eat dog nobody greets each other in the streets that why even me I feel happier when visiting Africa its the complete opposite!
So no more excuses save up maybe 2 or 3k and take a visit you will love it go out into the countryside if budget is an issue.
Also it's already built so many hotels restaurants great roadside eateries etc.
As long as you are respectful when travelling wherever you are I always find people reciprocate too

I think the government should promote internal tourism. We can't depend on foreigners all the time. We can do school excursions .. this is common in the UK, lets promote that in Ghana.

I know Patricia personally and she is an amazing human being. She has a great heart and her sense of purpose, tenacity and love for Ghana is unbelievable. She came here very young and could have easily relegated Ghana to a place of oblivion but she never ceased to care about Ghana even at a youthful age her contemporaries would be preoccupied with mundane things. We used to talk at length about all things for the development of Ghana. She had a great professional career with IBM and she gave it all up to fulfill that dream to do something in Ghana. She used to say Ghana can only be built and developed by us. We all have the moral and patriotic responsibility to patronize the resort in any way possible for it to succeed and thrive. The national and local governments should assist with infrastructural and other support provisions this business and other initiatives as such succeed. Visionary, hard working, smart and awesome lady. Always proud of you, Pat K.

Another thing also. We lack promoting each other. Though my family background is Nigeria, but I have a lot of them living in Ghana and I’m sure they probably haven’t heard of this place. I’m gonna ask my step brother if he’s heard of the place before if not he needs to take his family there.
Black Americans are fighting racism. In Africa, let’s fight for unity and dismantle disunity.✊🏾
You are so right my sister and we do need to promote and support each other...Africa will rise only when we come together as one African people...these current borders were created to divide us, and the sooner we realize this the better...I'm a Ghanaian myself and never even knew that such a place existed...I will also do my part to spread the word👍🏾

But wherever I go I tell young people..”please stay in Africa, it is the best place. You have so much that is worthwhile. America is a myth.” I would love to live in Africa. On my next visit to Kumasi, I’ll pay you a visit. Meanwhile I have subscribed to this channel so I can keep enjoying Ghana. Would you send butter bread for my breakfast...please😉

As soon as they allow planes to land from the US. I talked to friends in Kumasi yesterday and we are making plans. This time I hope I can stay for a few months minimum.
This is very inspiring. I'm a South African and I have had the pleasure and honor of visiting Ghana about four times. Ghana is so beautiful that I'm honestly considering relocating.
That's one of my dreams to visit Ghana hopefully next ,I also love Kenya and Tanzania.
Ghana is bae from a Nigerian
“sleeping in front of Embassies to go abroad to...” kudos to you ma sister. I don’t know how to change our minds to appreciate ourselves and our country
If she didn't travel to live in USA, where will she get all the money that she invested in her resort in Ghana? Maybe those people lining up at the Embassy want to travel there for the capital to use to invest in Ghana
Cocobutter Chin many of us think travelling to there would just bring a heavy load of money but after you get there, everything is all about enslaving yourself just to survive. You then do a job that you wouldn’t have done when in your own country. That’s how you realise how important it was to be in your own country and start thinking of going back no matter how much money you have; you just believe you can do something there
@@cocobutterchin6768 look, we are not discouraging anyone from trying to make ends meet. We are suggesting an alternative. America is a great country with many opportunities, but of course it's not perfect and it's great because people worked at it.. The harsh reality for African migrants normally hits them after they've already left for the greener pastures. All we are promoting is building our Africa so that the capital you need could be raised right here. We are sparing you the disappointment and hurt of your leaving your parents and sometimes wife, husband, kids to travel. You will get the money/capital alright, but the people you leave behind, the ones you traveled for, might not even be around nor be the same upon your return. You will spend your whole life working and building mansions in Africa and may not even live to spend a night in one. If we could patronize, support our own, our businesses and economy will flourish and our quality of life would really improve right here in Africa. We don't need to die on the Mediterranean crossing to Europe or get physically abused by some Arabs trying to get this capital. Support made in Africa, it's the only way to fix Africa.
As much as I am happy for her success, it pained me that Ghanaians in America discouraged her because the believed that she would be better off in America. Really? We really need to think about that one. It's OK to make money in foreign countries but the goal should always be to return and build Africa, not foreign countries that only want to exploit us. We need more people like this woman. Change the mindset and we change Africa for the better. We should never love a foreign land more than our own.
I caught the discouragement part too. Not surprised tho. And his comment...you gave all that up?? Really?😅 In a heart beat. She had a vision and no could stop her❤ My vision is visit her beautiful resort and have a drink with her❤🖤💚
Shakka Musa ,
Well done.
I think many people still don't know and therefore don't believe in entrepreneurship.
