- Highlights of Boston Celtics legend, NBA Champion, and Hall of Famer Paul Pierce. Pierce played 15 seasons in Boston after being drafted 10th overall in 1998. He was traded to the Brooklyn Nets (with Kevin Garnett) in 2013. Pierce also played seasons in Washington and with the Los Angeles Clippers.
In 2008, Pierce was named Finals MVP in their series over the Los Angeles Lakers, securing the franchise's 17th NBA title, and first since 1986. Boston lost to the Lakers in Game 7 in 2010.

Ppl who never saw main man play always THINK Wade is better because Wade was more flashy and in the eye of the public (which all count)…. But Pierce has more _substance_ to his game and career. How many times you seen him get his shot blocked? Methodically cerebral.
