- February 9th 2022 was the worst day of my life, since that day i got injured and was forced to stop training. I then later on found out that my situation was a lot worse than anticipated, because i was diagnosed with Frozen Shoulders. This basicly means i had to accept that for 2-3 years i will not be able to train street workout. (Basicly with frozen shoulders you can't use your arms for anything). A year later and i'm only now starting to feel like shoulder function is slowly returning, so i'm training in the gym now and i plan to do that for bodybuilding purposes and because i enjoy that. Now i will say that i'm most likely gonna return to street workout once my shoulders are unfrozen and i can train again safely, BUT i don't think i will ever be able to train planche again. Sometimes you have to accept a harsh reality, but still keep moving forward despite how hard or unfair your situation may be. My biggest passion is for this sport, so i know i will be back (to frontlever and other skills) with a new type of hunger and anger you haven't seen before. That being said i will probably be grinding my ass off for frontlever when that time comes andddd combine it with gym stuff xD Big legz incoming btw :'(

I can't even imagine how much do you have now on your plate, huge respect. You are a big inspiration for the whole calisthenics comunity. The way you show us how to overcome hard times is truly awesome. This sport is such unbelievably beautiful but it has it's downsides. I'm itching to see what you will do in about 2-3 years pure legend. And one last thing This is not the end, it is the Beginning of something new. I wish you all the best in your next journey.

Yea tbh i never think i would have tried out bodybuilding if it wasnt for this situation that im in. So it might not be the dream path, but it is one i can settle with and enjoy still

Injuries sucks so much. I myself try to train hefestos, planches etc. safely. My progress is slow but I know it's better safe than sorry (like I unlocked hefesto after 2 years of training). I believe it's reminder for us to keep training safe when it comes to such risky elements. Good video 😊 btw 😁
Hefesto is such a risky move as well. Your biceps, shoulders and wrists easily can be injured in that move. Thanks for your support bro and im glad that you liked the video!

i got injured doing 360 next day I did standing arm circles but supinated almost touching my hands together kinda like bicep dumbell maltese press but hands together. I did like 30 reps and it completely fixed my shoulder impingement thank god good luck on your recovery bro cant wait for you to be better

@@Charleswonder12 im still far from recovered enough to Think about training calisthenics again. My current plan is to just train in gym and build a physique with what i can work on safely, and then in 2024 i hope to be somewhat recovered and return to calisthenics. With frozen shoulders it takes litteraly years to recover, some dont even fully recover, so it’s impossible for me to say what the future brings. All i can do is hope for the best and keep Moving forward. But if recovery goes Well this year and i start on frontlever grind next year, then surely i Will also be getting back to supinated

Maybe in the future when i don't have frozen shoulders. But im not fan of reverse planche, it's basicly near impossible to get it straight line clean, i will leave that to M4rinito xD

Which exercise caused frozen shoulder? Not the same injury but Yuri Chechi came back after his second injury and won a medal. Don't give up your hope for planche. I hope you will recover fast and come back stronger
I haven’t heard of anyone in this sport getting frozen shoulders, im probably one of the only few.
But basicly it was from planche push ups, i Got injured and was immobalised for a long period which then later on caused me to go into a freezing phase. That’s how it began, and then it Got progressively worse over the next 8 months
@@NikolajMitrofanov Oh now it makes sense. I didn't see anyone with frozen shoulder either. There must be some exercises to help you recover faster and better. You are strong enough to overcome it. I believe in you

get acupuncture on your shoulders it can help you a lot
already tried with 2 different acupuncturists idk what u call them. didnt do much for me, appreciate the tip tho
