I’ve washed 177 houses in 2 years with the same 2 12volts that were on my rig from June 2020. Mine have worked great. Changing them this winter and can report back how the new ones are working.
That’s excellent man!!!!!!
do 110/220v run cooler vs 12/24v? I'm buying an on demand pump ( RV style ) for a tiny home. I have 12v/110v/220v as an option.
Thanks for the pump info and showing how easy it is to change out a pump. Very informative 🙌🏿
ive recently started my own small business pressure washing/house soft washing. thank you so much for your content! for someone starting a small business of their your content is priceless
Awesome video Coty. Truly such an informational channel you’re providing. Thank you
I dont know what you mean by "pump is dying" after a few months? We use REMCO's on our 4 SoftWash trucks and they rarely just "die", perhaps a leak on the pump-head or something once or twice a year but that's it, they last easily a year or even much longer. But every few months a pressure switch fails and needs to be replaced. If we could eliminate that it would be the perfect pump.
So these would work fine to pump water from a river into a small log cabin? distance around 30 meters....purpose is for showering etc....
I’m glad I saw this video. I was about to buy an everflo pump, but now I’m buying a Remco. I’m new to soft/pressure washing, so your videos are very helpful. Any recommendations for what size hoses to use on the 5.3 GPM Remco pump? How long do I flush it out with water after using it.
Thank you for your help
Nice to see this vid thanks Coty im a fan of the North star SH pumps myself see ya in the meeting later
Merry Christmas brother thanks for all your knowledge from Vancouver Canada⚓️👍🏼
We recently switched to that 100 PSI Remco Pump. We’ve been a huge fan of it. We used the Delavan for a bit and we loved the pump but two of them failed within 60 days, so we aren’t using them any more.
Y’all need to look into using slotted standard strut bar it is so universal and has so many mounting options it’s pretty awesome stuff
I’ve got some of that stuff
Pretty cool
Great Scott that is some awesome information, love the Remco pumps.
I have and everflo whic I bought 3 years ago and use it for bleach transfer to my rig and still works like a champ....
Coty, how are you mounting your remco pumps? I picked one up and was gonna mount to the outside of my aluminum under mount tool box. Was curious how you were mounting yours.
Coty,
Does the Remco mounting bolt holes, inlet and outlet hose holes, etc., line up with the everflo platform?
Coty I see Remco puts out 40 more psi than the everflows is there a noticeable difference in the distance the Remco is able to produce over the everflow?
Great info, thanks for sharing
Hey Coty. You glossed is over the dual head delevan 12 v pretty quick. You said it was a bypass so can’t use it. Under what circumstances could somebody use that to soft wash?
We have had nothing but problems out of everflo!!!! Seals leak almost immediately!
Man appreciate the video Coty
Done with everflo!!!!
🤣🤣🤣 get both of them 😂🤣😂 needed those key points on maintenance, just made my mind up it’s simpler and quieter with electric…👊🏻 as always great and to the point …
Is it me or is the quick connect on the remco a lot smoother to change then the everflo pumps quick connect??...
Where do I get those quick connectors that you have in that pump?
Where do you get quick connect fittings for pump
I have a 5.5gpm gas powered 5 hp soft wash machine. I use it to apply my chems with a metering valve. I currently use a 4gpm pw to rinse. Problem is, my SW machine doesn't reach high enough to where I've had to use a ladder. So the question is, should I get a 24V electric pump or an 8gpm gas powered machine and just shut off the chems to rinse? Wondering if I'm making everything clear. I want to be able to reach 3 story buildings from the ground
Thank you for that info, also love the 2nd amendment tool you have on your side !!!!!
Great video. How are you attaching the pump to be able to remove it so quickly?
www.southeastsoftwash.com/product/soft-wash-pump-wiring-harness-2-pin-quick-connect-power-socket-port-connector/
Been waiting all day for a video
Any difference in lifespan when using an accumulator?
Another awesome video cody! 2 questions. 1- what size water tank do you put in on a trailer with 24 volt pump and 8 gpm powerwash? Also, if requested do you put electric reels in trailers? Thanks again. God Bless.
Trailers get a 200 gallon water tank standard
Yes. We can do electric reels on there too
Hey fellas. What would you recommend today for a 24 volt bleach pump?
Flush em out, I find if you use low pressure tips like a soft fan tip on a J-Rod and don't increase the pressure setting an everflow (if you get a good one) can last and last till the cows come home.
Yup!
Cody does the Remco interchange on the trailer system? I have the trailer system built by you guys. Starting to have more consistent issues with the Everflo, so want to make the switch to Remco. Does it plug and play or do I need to get any connections? Thanks in advance. Elite Exterior Cleaning(North Alabama)
It’ll swap directly
So what holds the pump to the rig? Didnt see you take off or reinstall any nuts on those bolts...
Great video man and pump pump pump it up 💪
😂 nah ,keep grinding it out bro
Nice pistol. What do you recommend ?
What are those quick connects you are using on your pumps? And do you sell them on your website?
They are included with the Remco pumps
What about the connector for the pump itself. What connects the pump to the truck? What kind of connector is this?
Can you please tell me what hardware you are using to mount the pump to the skid
Thanks for the video guys! Let us know if you need anything more from us!
We're building a tiny home and showing off products on CZcams. We have 12v/110v/220v options to run the off grid cabin. Our rainwater + filtration system video's and product recommendations are coming soon. Around this March. Does a certain voltage run cooler and last longer? We had an RV dealer contact us after watching our channel but it seems even flow is not the way to go. Our system is simple. Metal roof, debris prefilter, Food grade holding tank poly drums, PEX piping, shark bites, 10 micron string pre filter, Pump of choice, Manifold, Ionizer to tankless water heater, Ceramic filter silver infused to sink, we'll Source a low micron ( 1 ) to potable tap specifically for drinking.
Nice side piece there Coty!👍
Aww man you got those Quarantine Pumps
What fitting are you using for the quick connect hoses on the pump?
They come with the Remco pumps
@@southeastsoftwash4020 ok didn’t know, I purchased a used tank that came with a remco pump but no quick connects were on it. 8 months and still pumping 👍🏻
Hey Coty could my problem be the pump? I bought a everflo from you and I noticed a big decrease in distance after changing the pump. I went from 47 feet to 36 feet could the pump be the issue? I’ve tested everything else the pump would be the only thing I could think of. Thanks man great video as always.
It’s possible, but not likely. Only way you could know would be to swap it out with another one and see if your distance comes right back.
Are you all selling the 24 volt pumps and 1 inch metering systems yet?
Pumps yes,
Manifold very soon
How many feet of hose can a 5.5 everflo use and still go 25ft?
Man I was going through northern tool pumps every 2 months . I kept Warranty them out . I’m finally trying a new brand
Why is it bad to run SH threw a Pump on a Pressure washing system but it's ok to run SH threw a softwash system? (Using meter valve control for SH,Soap, water)
Pumps like everything. Two is one One is none.
Exactly
That pump swap time was crazy. Very impressive
We’ve put a lot of thought into the easy maintenance side of the system
@@southeastsoftwash4020 it shows. Tremendous growth at SESW
@@powerfulimprovements thanks man! Merry Christmas to you!
@@southeastsoftwash4020 ✌🏼❤️
How much does the 24v maintenance cost?
Bout the same as a 12v yearly
Lol I just ordered a pump too!
Hey Coty is there a link for the REMCO pump you use?
It’s in the video description
@@southeastsoftwash4020 my apologies my cell phone didn’t show it for some reason. You da best! Thanks for all the videos!
I like to call ever flo pumps never flo due to how often to break down on me lol
i love pumps!
Tickets sold out yet for Nashville?
VIP is sold out
Still got some regular tickets
@@southeastsoftwash4020 see you guys there. Should be a great time.
I totally agree. All operating systems will fail eventually and incur maintenance costs. On a side note, gotta love a follow up CZcams video based off another CZcamsrs video 😂.
Lol Totally saw that video yesterday… should’ve got the Goldie locks edition
The quick swap on the Remco's is a game changer compared to the Everflo screw in type. Its a no-brainer. Remco is better.
Absolutely
Bought an everflo put it on today and it was leaking. Time to switch to remco
Yep
I already said it. I feel attacked! Lol
😂😂😂
90 days?? I’ve had my northern tool pump for over 4 years with zero issues
Yeah, but we sell to all kinds of dudes that are rough on their stuff
@@southeastsoftwash4020 ahh that makes sense lol I rinse mine out religiously. Been eyeballing that 24v pump!
@@HouseWashingRick that’s exactly right
Overflow has a bleach pump head just like that 10 gpm that last a lot longer
im blowing an everflow pump now every 2wks. def something went wrong with them
I worked as an industrial mechanic in water plants both kinds of water. 1000's gpm pumps always had redundant pump in line. No matter how robust the pumps they will go down.. In that business the water has to flow 24/7... The brown water never stops. In those plants may have 3 to 5 pumps as redundancy. No body wants brown water ankle deep running down the streets or backing up in houses. Big or small all pumps fail.
Haha dammit! I just ordered 2 everflows today hahahha I would’ve bought 2 remkos instead! Wish I saw this earlier.
Dang it!
love the gun on your hip but where's the knife? 🤣 .. anyway great video an great information, thanks for sharing.......... new sub from australia(sadly)...........
Knife is visible in pocket lol
@@southeastsoftwash4020 i didn't see it 🤣
City the soft wash sheriff
Coty
I love how over time I’ve watched your carry go from concealed, to brandishing sometimes, to brandishing more, now just full open carry.
I guess your pistol carrying preference is directly correlated with your success! 😂
God bless you buddy. I hope this was low key a settling of beef with the gas roof pump man. The industry has enough room for all of us.
Except the $99 guy.
Not many craps given anymore lol
Brandishing? I think youre confused or using the wrong word. Showing a little skin on your baby is fine... LoL
I run 55 gallons through my everflo just so I make sure that it gets rinsed
There’s no way to measure how people treat their equipment. “I take care of my stuff” is a completely subjective statement. I think that accounts for 80% of this stuff, but that’s just one man’s opinion
Bro that’s exactly right
This video did need made… for sure 👍
Northstar pumps are great! From Northern tool and are cheaper
Salutions , use the pump for roofs only making them last longer and down Stream the rest. Not rocket science people !
Nah
We don’t downstream anything
Must be washing houses in a rough neighborhood
Always
That 24 volt Northern is junk it's still not going to work on the front of the trailer not because of rocks hitting it but because of rain or water immediately immobilizes that stupid pump
Cody… you gotta say it like my president.. CHINA!
😂😂😂
monster drinker.....i don't think so!
So 75 mph is ok.... jk
Love that you have a Glock on your waist!!!
Sig but basically same thing lol
Dang shots fired at 4:35 that hurts lol
