Couldn’t afford a skid this year, but with all the content on your videos i just welded my own. Had my first 1200 job last week, most i ever made since i started. These channels have tons of free info if you just watch them and learn.
Tank layout is genius.
Love the layout, only thing I’d say would be nice is to put a fuel fill neck on the side of the trailer like a toy hauler so you don’t have to drop the gate to fill up
We might do that in the future
Also working on a raising concession style door for side wall reel access

From the good ole days of watching your tutorials of you and your Dad, to your tutorials on the sidewalk comparison of when you pre-treat, do, and post treat differences...you were what piqued my interest in this field! Y'all have done so well and it's one of the most amazing come-up stories I'm able to witness. God Bless, I can't even keep up sometimes, just last year I thought you had reached your zenith and now look at that amazing enclosed and New Super Mini! Awesome build!! Quality!! I like the idea of the plumbing underneath the trailer to really clean up the inside. I love the water tank setup! That is my biggest complaint with my enclosed trailer setup, is the giant water tank in the way! I really like the idea of a concession door on the side. They make side-by-side trailers with them now, but the door isn’t on the curbside, which would be more ideal for a soft wash. washing, set up. I think a fill neck for the gas tank would be awesome too because that’s a big pain in the butt with my trailer. I have to pull up to the gas pump perfectly in order for the hose to reach through the service door so I don’t have to flip down the back door all the time. Again, Love the build! It’s cool to see how others build their rigs as I’m always looking for new ideas to be more more efficient.
Awesome build Southeast Softwash Team. I mounted 200 watt solar panels on the roof of trailer & solar charger inside trailer to keep 3 batteries charged. Also a 50" led light bar on both sides & 1 on rear of trailer. Note: Might want to insulate wrap the pipes & tubes ran under trailer to prevent ice chunks from possibly running through damaging pumps.
Beautiful rig and setup. I call that the Mercedes of setups for sure. Seems like the pressure washers dream to own something like that. Can only imagine the price tag on that thing though 😅
Hey Coty, was thinking about for your next skunkworks project having a blue gun variable spray that works with a pressure washer and the 24v pumps. Basically a southeast softwash varible wash gun. Would be perfect for downstreaming. Theres a ton of guys that try to modify the red/blue guns to downstream, only rated for 150psi. Having an all-in-one gun that eliminates the jrod for both systems would be killer. Im going to be buying the super 8 pump that thing is going to be 🔥

Damn it!!!! That is awesome!!! One thing I would do is run an exhaust pipe over to the wall 90 up and out the roof like a big rig or something. Would help a lot with the fumes and noise in my opinion???

Super clean enclosed brother. No way I could have left out the V nose cabinets either. LOL I would have also added a 5.5 for redundancy. I am all about the 2 is 1 principle. But everyone has a budget. Can totally understand that. One day I am bringing you an 11 ft flatbed Super Duty and you will be dying to build it LOL. Joe Deery inspired. Haha Keep it coming y'all.

How about setting it up to charge off the truck while you drive instead of plugin in over night
