I learnt about this incident 2-3 years back.
Indian history books have neglected North East India.
Jab desh kamjor hota he to communication se dur aur places having low density population usually suffers. It even hapoens to odisha and some of the south states.
Sometimes terrorism is needed to stop terrorism.
Terrorism? Even Indian Army never called Insurgency in NE as terrorism. It is not Kashmir. They are all our people who decided to fight because they were neglected by New Delhi. They fought with Ethics that's why many of the surrender militants were recruited into Indian army and paramilitary forces. Its a shame that our government decided to use sword over honey on our own brothers.
