I was in the Indian Embassy at Kabul from 2008 to 2011. I visited the shrine of Ahmed Shah Masud twice. Thanks a lot for such a nice presentation.
There were attacks on Indian embassy in Afghanistan during 2008 to 2011. I lost oneof my friend there.

Sir, Ahmad Shah Masood was a Tajik nationalist and had differences with the Pashtuns. The Talabans are mostly Pashtuns. India supported him against the first Taliban government in 1996. He was given two helicopters and a hospital opened for his fighters in the Tajik capital. This was done by India but unfortunately he was killed in a suicide attack.

Who knows even the two people assigned to kill were unaware that they were loaded with bombs. The two might have been told by the real plotters to wear a particular costume during the interview, that the costume had camera attached which will help record the surroundings for later actions.

Sir there is a reported information that you have left out, the two assassins had a letter from Shah Faisal of Saudi royalty, Sayaf got a direct recommendation from saudi royal family to facilitate these two assassins for interview, this indicates that Masood’s assasination had an involvement of saudi royal family, there are a few more inaccuracies which I leave as an oversight though, good presentation nevertheless
