It's been a long time since we played with the 5BC reward, so today we gave it a try. It is still REALLY good and feels like an ultra strong item designed to beat the ultimate difficulty in Dead Cells!
Dead Cells Update 20:
Brings a new biome to Dead Cells, an alternative to High Peak Castle. The Derelict Distillery is accessed through the Collector zone leading to High Peak Castle after either the Giant or Time Keeper.
Also introduces 2 new weapons, the Tesla Coil Turret and the Barrel Launcher weapon.
Dead Cells Update 1.9:
Lots of items & weapons have been nerfed or boosted, with the goal of opening up a wider range of builds, while not sacrificing what made the previous meta builds fun. If you want to know exactly which items have been changed and how, check out the patchnotes (link at the end of the post).
About the Dead Cells The Bad Seed:
Explore a relaxing Arboretum, wade through a noxious Swamp and take on a new boss in this new early game content designed to expand the Dead Cells universe and add variety to runs for people who want to support the development of the game.
So you’ll be able to play through:
The Arboretum: A relaxing and peaceful greenhouse inhabited by a peaceful clan of mushrooms, with an understandable desire to murder the Beheaded.
The Swamp: A noxious environment ruled by a band of tree dwelling mutans with pointy sticks, sneaky dart shooting frogmen and a bunch of deadly bloodsuckers.
The Heart of the Swamp: Domain of mama tick, if you’ve seen StarShip Troopers, you get the idea...
The two new levels and their monsters are alternatives to The Courtyard/Toxic Sewers and The Ramparts/Ossuary/Ancient Sewers, with the boss designed to be on par with The Concierge, so hopefully it’ll spice up your early game runs once you’ve played through the core game.

before it was nerfed i used the syringe vampirism and corrupted power with frenzy, berserker, and soldier resistance and it was busted
There is actually a bug with this weapon rn. It's called existing in dead cells

Can you use lacerating aura and syringe at the same time?
This weapon is count as melee, so Open Wounds, new "Combo" mutation, and Catalyst is very suitable.

Wow 5bc, I can dream. Still stuck at 1bc playing the Android port which is stuck at version 1.1 I believe. Any tips or builds that can help?
I have a build on my channel in which all the weapons and abilities are available on the 1.1 version, if you're still inclined to give it a go.
Funny enough. I just completed the first run and in just over half an hour did it again on the next difficulty
Practice your parry remember enemy and boss pattern
Hahaha that ride keeps changing names at the fair. With the insane amount of people throwing lawsuits around rides have become baby games with the good ones requiring you to sign a waver.
The UFO shaped one where it spins to jam you against the wall is so fun! Hahaha I remember that one Fallout game where you get one working for a cult and if you do it right with 2 power cells they come out happy. 3 power cells kills them with the insane Gforce. 1 they come out bored. They didn't transcend lol.
It's a blast when you realize that you can stand up on the walls and walk around.
My inner ears are not used to the spinning and being upside down on the other rides like the Zipper. I went with my extended family to 6 flags Fiesta Texas the other week and I rode the Iron Rattler once and that was all I could do. I'm a baby now it seems. The other rides had no wait times.

Hey everyone can you help me why certain items never show up? I'm searching for sadist or repeater crossbow, after 20 runs I'm never stumbled one of those.. is it bug? Ughh mobile full of bugs
You need to unlock the blueprints for them from specific enemies first, if you've done that already, probably just bad RNG.
