- Today, Jared takes our 2024 Ford Mustang GT to RSA Race Solutions in Boynton Beach, FL for them to install the Lethal Performance Exclusive 3" Double HH pipe.
01:27 - Stock Exhaust Revs (per mode)
02:39 - Removal of Stock Resonator
04:03 - Installation of Double H Pipe
05:07 - First Start and Sound Clips
06:57 - Fly-Bys
07:30 - Hard Launch
Throughout the video, we start off with stock exhaust, giving some revving clips through each of the modes. After an hour of wrenching on the car, walking you through each step of the installation, the HH pipe was installed and fired up for the first time. Lastly, we give a healthy selection of exhaust notes in all modes, from fly-bys, to revs, and hard launches.

The H-pipe sounds good. I like the low RPM to mid range RPM deep growl.
Sounds soo good that last take off 🔥🔥 had a roush x pipe on my ‘18 gona go for this one when I get the 2024
The Double H really does "clean up" the sound verses with the stock resonator.
That mullet is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you! Might be time to start growing it out again. I kind of miss it. lol
Yeah that H pipe sounds super clean and its not that loud if you don’t hammer down but if you do hammer down on it then it does sound like a modded exhaust but its still pretty good 👍
Having this installed on my '24 today!
How did it go? How much for the labor?
When are the active quad tip catbacks coming out
❤
Sounds great and looks better. Did you happen to weigh both before the final install? It would definitely be nice to know if there were actual weight savings?????
Also does the double H pipe sound different from a single H pipe??????
Thanks‼️‼️👍💪😎🇺🇸✝️
A single h pipe on my 2018 mustang GT sounded deeper than the Corsa double H pipe I later bought for my car but that is from my perspective. ;)
@TexasC8: Who made your single H-pipe? Did you swap the double H-pipe out and go back to the single H-pipe? I would think that the Single H-pipe may be 3 pounds lighter than the double H-pipe also. The Dark Horse is so heavy that I am finding several ways to get it under 3700 pounds. I saved 36 pounds on just the Recaro seats compared to the standard 701A leather seats w/heated/ventilated options. Thanks for your feedback!!!! 👍💪😎🇺🇸✝️
@@gordydexter2615 I had the AWE touring catback on my 2018 S550 GT at first then switched to the Corsa Extreme catback w/ double H pipe because I wanted something Louder and That's exactly what I got !!! Lol
I’m on y’all’s site and it says ford performance authorized dealer so for an H pipe is there one that doesn’t void the warranty? I do see the steeda one on your site as well but do you offer Military discount?
What’s the difference from 3inch to the regular pipe size on the car already also how does h to hh pipe differ
The larger piping on the HH we installed gives it a deeper tone than a smaller pipe offers.
Any drone on the inside?
No drone in all exhaust modes. 🙌
where can i get just the mid pipe. the resonator delete
We offer them on our site. COR-14502 is the part number we used in this video. We also offer several other brands of X/H pipe resonator deletes on the site as well. Feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions or need assistance placing an order. Thanks!

How are you able to rev it passed 5,000 RPM on park?? I thought it has a rev limiter at 5,000 RPM
All I did was start the car and rev it up. It's a manual so I'm not sure if that makes a difference over an auto car.
Put it in Neutral
Where can I order this can I get it through auto zone and how much is it ?
These are available here exclusively at Lethal Performance. If you create an account on the site and logged in they go for $535.04 shipped. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
Is there any performance gains from this h pipe?
Although some manufacturers claim just a few HP increase we've never really done any back to back dyno testing with our own cars to confirm those gains. I personally think these are mainly for sound but if they do add a few hp think of it as a bonus.
No.
Why does the exhaust sound louder in quiet mode, not complaining it just sounded better in that mode?
From spending lots of time with this car I can say for sure that It’s definitely not louder in quiet mode. In general the car sounds louder in all modes with the HH than it did with the stock exhaust. I guess it could be how the sound was picked up during recording of the video or just how you’re hearing it through your speakers.
Hope that helps.
@@Lethalcamp I can believe it, hopefully I can get my exhaust done after the new year, I’m dealing with the audio stuff at the moment. Damn active noise control is allowing the exhaust to play through my subs.
you should add a sound meter…I can’t tell any real difference over stock.
Unfortunately we don't have a professional meter to use. However I can say from first hand experience it's definitely louder than stock and noticeable. Not overboard either. So for those looking for increased sound/tone out of their stock system without having to purchase mufflers this is highly recommended.
Definitely does make a difference in sound, but as far as a double vs regular H pipe goes just go regular H pipe. Only difference is cost.
Why does sport mode sound the quietest?
Most likely just how the phone picked up the audio. Sport and track mode are definitely the loudest of all exhaust modes.
I have the active exhaust on my 24. Would this double H pipe fit? Where are the valves located? Are they after the double H pipe near the rear of the car?
Dude this car Is an active exhaust car you can see in the video There located on the mufflers, not behind the resonators...
How do I buy this for my mustang?
They are listed on our site as part number COR-14502. Here's a link to them as well. Let us know if you have any other questions or need help placing the order.

Can u guys make me a x pipe with an
h pipe I heard it gives you about 21hp
It doesn’t add any power, the factory exhaust is not very restrictive and flows very well. You are paying for sound
Stock I like.....
Is it me or does the S550's sound better with H pipe? I only have corsa H pipe and mines sounds better than the S650's
Kinda sounds like my car at low revs.
sounds the same....?
Similar tone yes as the vehicle still has the same mufflers on it. But definitely a lot louder with more volume to it with the resonator removed and the new 3" HH pipe design added.
@@Lethalcamp I guess the mic just isn't doing it justice
Sounds the same as a single h pipe whilst costing double 😭💀
I was tryna figure out if there was a major difference in sound also lmao 😭🤦🏾♂️
It’s supposed to help with drone inside the cab.
@@ethanfennell-md6rc fasho I just ended up settling with a steeda h pipe
It's quite a bit deeper in sound. If their recording is all the same.
It’s best if you are going with the Corsa axle backs down the road.
Stock sounds same
If only they made it in titanium like for every other sports car in the world
If you can afford it have it made bro 95 percent of America don't care about it being titanium ad that makes it prohibitively expensive!!!
@@socleanmx6 dude mustang are heavy of course it makes sense if your actually trying to shed lbs, And it’s not about affording it, it’s finding someone who does 1 off titanium exhaust lolz… not rocket science
@@marcog6470to save 8lbs, no. You were really sold the sauce.
@@coilbiohazard try like 70lbs bud….
Not different))))😂
MBRP sounds the best
