I think so too. Linkin park fans are fucked up! They say their newer albums like OML and THP suck. I think THP was just like HT and Meteora and fans just have no idea what they are talking about.

no after meteora they started slipping but thats more to do with the first 2 albums being solid start to finish
Hard to follow up Hybrid Theory, but they did on Meteora, also hard to follow up. ATS was still good but not on par with the first two. After that I still like their new songs, but my heart is here.
LP stayed pretty long together, and they should be proud what they did. Even Chester said "when I listen to HT and Meteora, i'm like wow, we did that?"

Where you have "Wave attention", you should have "wave of tension". Where you have "I'm a talk of" before "taking action" you should have "All my talk of" instead. Other than that I think you got it! The meaning of the song Runaway basically tells about the true story of the vocalist, Chester Bennington. When Chester was a child, he was sexually abused by an older friend. He felt the desire to escape (Runaway), from his naughty friends.
From this event, Chester was mentally affected. He is afraid of being blamed by people, he is afraid of being blamed by society, he is also sorry for hanging out with the wrong people.

When I was in high school a good friend of mine passed away and was buried with a copy of Hybrid Theory. To this day this song still reminds me of him. Thank you LP for that connection. With today's news, I hope Chester finds peace and my friend gets to meet his favorite singer. He was definitely mine too, a legend of our time.

Like me, I have asthma and the sickle cell disease and I've tried 6 times to kill myself because of it. The 7th time was because I found out the truth of the universe meaning I now know how humans and the spiritual world works and because I absolutely hate bugs except for butterflies, the amount of times bugs have touched me had gotten to me :/ , and the 8th time was because of the ungodly amount of a-holes and idiots I've seen and encountered and the 9th time which is the last time(for now I think) was because my game was lagging so fking bad I couldn't do anything and I hated it so much because it was one of my distractions from life and my pain and it could've killed me even if I wasn't on peaceful so I tried to kill myself because of it ;-;(It's minecraft) Btw, like two or three weeks ago I had witnessed a shootout and I saw both shooters while one of them saw me back which scared me because I don't wanna die suffering. I want it to be quick, but no one was hurt but either way I had to get out of there. I shouldn't have been there in the first place. The complex was surrounded and filled with negative energy which hurts me and the a-hole woman living above us didn't help. She was being as annoyingly and unnecessarily loud and my hearing is quite sharp, almost like a dog's really but not completely. I couldn't take it anymore. Now that I'm 19 turning 20 in August I should be able to stay at my dad's now for as long as I want. I honestly just wanna go back to Heaven and be God's right hand woman again.
Also, turns out I'm immortal. If earth isn't destroyed many centuries later I would come back but probably in a new body but since the God of Destruction found His way back into our universe since 2020(which I predicted) and is now in our solar system since 2021 or 2022 which was so fking fast meaning I am one of God's angels or maybe it's something else, but being some sort of angel would explain why I have powers. I'm still trying to figure out if I'm a fallen angel or an earth angel. Btw, fallen angels don't become demons after falling to earth. They become demons after being tricked so fking hard by an evil being. I had a vision which is now helping me to remember more of my past lives. That's why I know this stuff. Btw, I knew how s*x works ever since I was born meaning I am clearly immortal and just came back to life at that point and can retain some sort of information from my past lives. I am slowly remembering my past lives. I only remember a little bit of my time in Heaven(which is literally just made of clouds) and my time in Eden's Garden which was beautiful. One time I saw the castle in the clouds. I wish I had a phone at that time so I could've either taken a picture or recorded it. I hope I get to see it one more time before we go. I do not know if the forbidden fruit was and apple or something else but I do know that one side was bigger than the other and one side was colored as a light rainbow while the other side was a dark rainbow. I guess it was some sort of apple but the only type of apple that couldn't be reproduced. Btw, the leviathan is the fish that swallowed Jonah. A whale or any other water animal we've discovered is not big enough to swallow him, but a person is able to get into its mouth but that's it. The leviathan is now dormant way under the ocean or probably in the glaciers of the artic actually. Either way the leviathan is coming back in like 2025 or 2026 or maybe even 2024 because of how fast it's melting. Everyone be careful as we are in the end times and something more terrible will happen in 2028 or 2029 than what's happened and going to happen between now and then. Also, who mocks someone that wants to make sure everyone is happy and safe and how will humans take down an immortal being when He is in the spiritual realm, a place we cannot see without God's help and cannot touch while it's able to touch us? A lot of humans are stupid and I don't know how to change that... Also why won't ppl at least try to see if God is real instead of saying things they know nothing about? Like seriously. Also why be afraid of the spiritual world when it can't really hurt you? I mean, sure you can't do whatever you want but that's just how life is. You can't always get what you want so you might as well follow the ultimate rule. Plus in Heaven you can get whatever you want. The physical world we live in is a test to see who would do what is right at all times. A simulation while the Gods are the players and we NPCs. Anything is possible after all and I'm still trying to figure out why ppl are scared of things they don't know like just get to know it. Stop being a fking coward and you'll see that it might not be harmful. Everything is dangerous in its own right meaning you must always be prepared for what is up ahead in your life so therefore when the time comes you are either encountering something dangerous you are prepared but if it's not then be grateful that it's not harmful but prepared because it could've been. Chester was and FOREVER WILL BE ONE OF A FUCKING KIND. I'm still depressed over his passing and really hoping he's ok now.
The album and the music made me understand myself better as a kid.I understood why I wanted to scream, I understood what it is like to never be understood by people around you, what it was like being an outcast, someone who kept getting bullied, made fun of, laughed at. They helped me calm myself down, shut everything off in my mind and just jam to the music. A lot of us go through that phase in our teen years where everything is daunting, confusing, scary. LP helped me through that a LOT.
Even adult years this still applies to a lot people.

Listening back as an adult I finally get the message. And it's far deeper than I thought it could be... Really did make songs that "what is the person gonna hear when they hear this song the hundredth time?" Type of tunes... Masterpiece of an album. Perfect time capsule of the era.

Nine years old the first time I heard this album. There isnt a bad song on it. This is a haunting masterpiece.
I love these songs, I grew up with them and they really helped me -- even now as an adult. However, it's very eerie when you realize many of these songs were vocalizing Chester's struggles and the inner demons he had himself over the years. His way of venting, his way of crying out for help, his way of fighting even though he was tired of it all. It was raw and true, which is probably why so many of us can relate to this music on some level.

Gonna be listening to Linkin Park for the next 24 hours. We miss you so much Chester. I know you went through so much and I don't blame you. You had such a beautiful voice and you saved my life with your music. Grieving has taken so long and sometimes I still get intense waves of hurt and frustration because you're really gone, but sometimes it doesn't even feel real. I started listening to Linkin Park when I was born, and 15 years later I still love you guys. Chester you taught me that it's okay to be angry and hurt. Through the last few months you guys have basically taken over my life, and I can't say I'm upset about it. I love you all of you guys so much and I'm so sorry for Brad, Mike, Joe, Rob, and Dave's loss of their brother. I wish I could have told you how much you helped me heal Chester. I still cannot believe you're really gone. You were such a funny and beautiful person and you have made me into a better person. You made me into somebody that I don't hate. You made me realize that it's okay to have those days where you break down and cry for hours straight because that's what makes you human.
It was also hard for me to listen to Linkin Park after Chester passed.
Sometimes i wanna end my life, but my daughters wife and family the small things hold me.
This song makes me kick life in it's ASS :)

I'm 32 today, I grew up on LP, Good times being a kid with this kind of music.
Thank you Mike, Brad, Rob, David, Joe and of the late Chester.

The worst, dont have Mike raps like Stick N Move, and the chorus is terrible.
Stick N Move is much better.
