  • Test drive of my 2003 Toyota Avalon XLS. Car wash starts at 3:30 and ends at 5:50.
Slightly concerning moment at 5:40. Medium acceleration from 9:41 to end (except for parking of course 🤣). For educational and informative use. Do not attempt dangerous actions; if you are a minor, have an adult monitor you while near a vehicle. All activities in this video were performed under the supervision of an adult.

Trust me. I searched the hell out of it, or maybe I didn't search the right place. But how do you adjust the clock?

You press the mode button, then press the reset/adjust button to set what is displayed, then press the mode button again for the next option. Hope this helps! This applies to the larger screen with a trip computer as shown in this video, I do not know about the smaller screen on lower trims.

    Front struts going out?

If your asking about the creaking, it's my rear struts, all 4 are new, but I think my mechanic installed the rear ones the wrong direction or something, @TheCarCareNut had said something about if you install Toyota OEM struts backwards they creak, these were aftermarket so I am unsure if the same thing applies here.

@C. Vessey I rewatched the video and he said the 97-04 Avalons and 97-01 Camrys are notorious for having strut mounts that fail and make noise, I didn't replace them when I got the struts replaced. If they were installed backwards they would make a noise when turning, my car only makes noise over bumps.

@@fakejeepman06 I asked that because I had the same issue, but I didn't know that it was a problem with those vehicles. Thanks for sharing the information.
