I can totally understand about pet loss after having a pet for many years. I was one of those who hadn't experienced pet grief. Until about 2 weeks, today... Our cat of 20+ years passed away and oh my God, we're still hurting. That was one hurt that I cannot explain and truly you cannot get it until it happens to you personally. Not wishing anyone any form of death or grief.
I'm so sorry for your loss 🤍 I recently lost my dog of 19 years and I completely understand how you feel. There isn't a day where we don't think of them and everything just feels so different and incomplete without our pets. I'm sending you so much love 🫶🏼

I just lost my first dog of 13 years on Monday and I agree until you go through it it’s hard to understand. I’ve cried everyday it’s losing an important family member. Animals are living breathing souls and only spread love. My home feels empty. God bless us all real animal parents ❤
Ive had 4 c sections and with each child it does gets so much easier. On my 4th i was up walking as soon as I felt my legs again. Babes you’ll be fine. It’ll all be fine.

Mayra, I can relate to not feeling grateful for anything. That’s how I felt this thanksgiving. Early this year I was in a car accident while being 6 months pregnant. Two months later just a month before my due date we lost our little girl, baby number 3. Three months after that my husband was in a car accident. We had two cars totaled, & lost our baby all within 5 months. I too, questioned god and everything else. It’s been a YEAR for sure. From one grieving mama to another, you’re not alone. 🥺❤️
Both twins look great, but Karina literally IS skinny! Proud of her journey and I’m so happy she’s happy ♥️
I don't know, I don't think Karina is skin..she's not chubby anymore but not skinny, she's just right. Skinny would be like Amy Winehouse

Remember, we are tall girlies, so 180 is soo thin for us compared to some who is shorter! Im 5’6 and weight looks different on us!

Karina if you wait too long to have another, the weight issue would more likely be affected by your age. Idk how many more you wanna have but I can tell you it’s harder to wait to have them when you’re older

Myra do not let your C-section hold you back from having more kids because the goal shouldn't be a vaginal birth but having a healthy baby instead. My babies are C-section babies and I do not regret them at all.
She said her c section was very hard for her and gave her so much anxiety that’s why she doesn’t wanna do it again
Im literally going through the same thing as Karina. My daughter is 2 and 2 months and I know she would love to have a sibling. But I suffered from ppd reallyy bad and I feel traumatized from the c section recovery. I have been on a fitness journey as well this entire time and naturally lost 60 lbs. But I’m actually still considered overweight and have a long ways to go but I feel pressured to have a baby but I’m scared 😭😭😭😭

My grandma has always said when a dog passes away it’s because someone in the family was supposed to pass away but they take that place, your dog passed away when you where around 25 weeks? I know it sounds bad but maybe you where gonna have another preterm labor and your dog decided to take that place?

Mayra you can do it! You don’t even have to wait 4 years. Recommended is 1.5 years. I had a c section and got pregnant when my son was 2 and had a successful VBAC. You can do it!!!

Karina you look amazing!!! With my pregnancies I lost 15 lbs with both my son and daughter. I had my son 21 tho n was like 50 lbs lighte4 compared to now & with my daughter just had her last year at 29. I gained the 15 back plus some extra 😅 but I’m now getting ready for the sleeve surgery 12/4. I’m done having kids tho.
I was today years old when i finally accepted my double chin. Women have softer facial features in comparison to men hence why they have a more chizzled look. But yea its hard not to critique ourselves

i got buccal fat removal and GiRL let me tell you it changed my whole face!! the best decision my face was fat too and when i got it during my gastric bypass surgery. and everyone and people that havent seen me in so long say the same exact same thing. it my face looks alot younger.
I had my kids back to back. My first was born 1/31/22 and my second was born 12/9/22
I loved being pregnant with my first but with my second I was so tired of being pregnant I didn't enjoy it at all. When my daughter was born I didn't feel a connection with her at first. It was so sad.

55:15 i was like that too I was loosing hella weight cuz I had finally got how to loose weight and I was debating if to get pregnant because my daughter was 6 years old and I was like fuckkk should I get pregnant or wait , and I eventually decided to get pregnant and as soon as I got the green light to work out I went hella hard and I don’t regret it ❤ and now my daughter has her lil sis ❤

I’m in no way shape or form to give advice to women about their bodies. It sounds in your voice that you still really want to see more progress with your body. I’d say give yourself another year. You’re still young + your body is only a year out from vsg. It’s still adjusting. My kids are 6 years apart and I had my son when I was 32. There’s still time girl! Mia will be the best big sister now or later❤
