It was lovely seeing how excited mase was moving Cassie and filling her new pond. Moving into a new house takes time and you had Christmas and new year too.

I feel like this video is going to help me more than I thought... my parents are currently going through a divorce and my father is trying his hardest to sell our childhood home. It's probably the most difficult part about the whole thing.
Especially after _just_ having my first child and thinking he would be making memories in the house I grew up in.
It's hitting really hard, but I guess I eventually had to let it go. Even if it was forced upon me

When my husband and I bought a house and had to move out of our rental, we just sat on the stairs and cried. Seeing it empty just made it all sink in. We had brought our baby home there, and he was three when we moved out. He had so many firsts there and it was and always will be such a special place to us. 😭
Congrats on this new chapter! It’s been FOUR years since we bought a home and it has been so amazing to have our own house.

With the down payment and each mortgage payment they own what is called equity. As time goes on the value goes up and the home owner owns that equity. A bank can foreclose if a person stops making payment but the bank doesn’t keep 100% of the sales amount. So no, you can’t really say that the bank owns the home until it’s paid off. They can make certain decisions but only if the home owner voids the lending agreement.
