mine got hacked today. someone signed in to my account and made his phone one of the verification methods. i changed my password , got his location , blocked him , erased the device and saved the day. hopefully

My son experienced identical google account hacking today, two minutes in and out, all credentials and recovery details changed, despite of 2-step verification. I found this video when I was looking for help. Google assistance pages and recover forms are useless, or at least not designed for this type of incidents. As he does not have similar popularity for leverage as you Joe, I think there is very little chance to get similar support. I am happy for you getting your account back though.

This happened to yesterday today. They stole all my data. And it went so fast. I'm not even bad with computers. I'm sure that my data being sold on the dark web right now. It feels horrible. And it was a struggle full of sleepless nights to recover my account

Right now, I’m back at trying to get my first email recover; hadn’t had access to it since 2016 and every year I keep trying to do the recovery process but it tells me phone numbers and emails I never used (I assume that’s the hacker doin) and I fully lost hope now…

The loophole in the system is always the final user. The hacker stole one of your sessions through one of your devices (thats why they could acces to your account without even knowing your password, 2fa, etc.). They do this through a virus, and the virus came from a downloaded file that you opened.

I purchased a new phone of OnePlus to play one of my favourite game Asphalt 9 but this game got hacked even after 2 step verification On... I don't know what to do... So I changed my account but the same thing happened again... Don't know if it is the game problem or the google. I talked with the game developer they said that protect your account. But the 2 step verification is already (On) in my phone gmail.

2 step verification is better than nothing. nearly lost one of my accounts, quickly turned 2 step on all my other accounts.
It was done by someone with access to your wifi. When you connected your phone to the wifi someone was in your network and able to access all your devices having access to your passwords so more than likely is someone you know

Most CZcams Team Support notices are only creators with a large number of subscribers; what about those who are not CZcamsrs? They will simply lose their gmail accounts due to hackers.

i for one hate this 2 step verify access thing i got logged out of my gmail and i cant log on because i didn't have my phone since someone lost it (not stolen or broken) i try my hardest but i cant do anything so in my opinion it sucks and i want it to removed
It happened to me, in December. Since then, I’ve been continuously and relentlessly hacked on everything ever, I’ve reported it to all the apps I’ve been trying to use, any and all new emails and profiles I tried to make, would get taken over. Double, triple verifications weren’t helping at all. I was changing three passwords a minute through Dashlane to no avail, before I finally threw my iPhone into the sea. What I lived through over the last couple of months is stranger then fiction.

@@ParadigmFailure Run your antivirus and malwarebytes, scan for any weird programs - delete those programs. (Or just system restore to before you installed a sketchy app. Then go to your saved passwords from your browser and change every password you see on there. They have access to all of them.

OK I understand you had and what you went through. Interesting story. I got magerly hacked in 2015. And again is happening rightnow. I thought you will give us at list some kind of solution to prevent to be hacked. Like for example my Google icon in my email is all yellow. Do I have to be concerned. Today all of the sudden my CZcams just stopped working I tried to use different divace to get to Google, and I can't. 2 steps notifications don't work. Google sent me an email telling to use my phones password to access my account!! Why??? Now they want know how I log in to my phone, that is so strange. I declined. They send me another email saying that I have to wait for 6 hours and they will get back to me with password activation... Why 6 hours???? Why not right away. I am stressed just like you are. But I've been through it. I will fix the problem. And then I well help others 🙂 . Take care of your account !!!

I knew someone was trying to get into my account because I got texts about verification. Three times. I rushed to Google and changed it. That was… close. Too close.

My friend changed his password , forgot it, and lost his phone number. Now he is locked out, and the account recovery insists on either sending a code to a number he doesn't have access to, or sending a code to the very same account he can't access.
I can't find any way to email someone at Google or get them on the phone

A support 1 hétig válaszra sem méltatott pedig a reportomhoz screenshotok és mindenféle bizonyíték is volt csatolva. Mire sikerült visszaszerezni a fiókom addigra mindenki ki volt törölve a barátlistámról és az összes CS:GO skinem el lett tradelve ami kb. 2000$-t ér és több évbe telt megszereznem őket. Azóta sem tett semmit ezügyben a Steam.

Infact when I tried checking it on my Mac computer and it says oops something went wrong the your video went on error. When I open new account they get access and when i try to recover it refuses my iphone number and my other phones. It seems they have my Mac computer password too. Whenever I switch to another account they still hack it. So All the accounts and emails. Yesterday they were trying with my whatsapp too so I said I don' t what is nexr

I know this was last year but this happened to me this morning, they removed and changed my 2 step info but luckily I was able to go into my security settings on my computer and remove the recovery phone they changed it to and got my account back with taking extra steps to avoid this happening again.
What extra steps did u do? And what did u download or where did u click that u got hacked?
