I get that too sometimes, and yes sometimes in places that usually feel familiar and safe. It's like someone is there or has been there recently and it's unnerving. Sometimes it goes very quiet all of a sudden too which can be a bit strange. Different woodlands definitely have a different feel to them. 🤔

This is probably not such a big problem in the UK but in Australia the bush is where dodgy people get up to all sorts of illegal activities. Growing pot is the obvious one. They graft their plants on to native plant's and trees to ensure a low maintenance harvest that's harder to detect. It gets darker than that though.
I have a few favourite river spots I like to explore. But yes, you can feel it when your being watched. If your really still you can feel the direction from which it's coming. Puts the hair on the back of your neck up.
Drug trafficking, drop points and exchanges. A lot of its done in the bush unfortunately. The other favourite is offshore in fishing boats.
Then you have the creepy cult type's who hide behind the moniker of alternative communities....

All those involved in illegal activities are paranoid about getting caught and the antagonism is very tangible.
I go bush exploring on my off road bike. Sometimes you get told to turn around, even if it's a public trail. Best not to argue. Accidents happen. Especially if your on your own. It's amazing how many young lads can afford fancy 4x4 rigs. It's the same in the US. The drug economy owns half the town. The other half turns a blind eye to avoid trouble.
      The cop's are outnumbered.
Our local cop has had many death threats.

      1. Watch videos on sprouting in jars.
      2. Buy organic broccoli seeds online.
      3. Create broccoli sprouts, in about 4/5 days. Easy.
      4. Sprinkle on/add to meals.
      5. Consume.
Drug companies invested loads into a chemical that's found in broccoli, in the sprouts it's vastly higher. When they tried to patent it, they couldn't as you/we can make our own in a jar.
For instance, 1 tbsp of broccoli seeds will fill a 750ml jar to bursting with sprouts in 5 days.
It should help you along and doesn't cost much. If nothing else, you have a nutrient rich addition to your diet.
Also, I have arthritis and my right hand is destroyed, but I keep it functioning with 1tsp organic honey (£4.50 a jar, Sainsbury's) in mug with enough warm water to dissolve it. Add large pinch black pepper, a desert spoon of turmeric powder and mix it up. Then I half fill mug with blue top milk, stir and swallow. Do so daily.
The milk adds fat as well as the pepper to make the turmeric more bio available.
Changes do occur if you are consistent because it's not an instant change and builds in the body over a little time.
Hope I've returned the favour of what you have taught me over time. Cheers 😊
