This is the darkest behind the scenes the ufc has released and its badass asf.
you ever seen anderson after he broke his leg, that was hard to watch too.
This is just the reality behind the scenes that fans can’t see. Vomiting, crying, passing out, half-comatose ambulance rides: it’s a regular thing. I hope UFC keeps doing this.
hadeskiller1 until they realize it’s bad for the business to show this then they’ll stop.. I like it but other people will be bitching about fighters going to the hospital

@@bnegs521 what UFC?
Well, fighters do have the option to go to other promotions. Bellator and ONE are happy. The ones losing are the fans at the end of the day, having fighters like Gegard Mousasi, Rory McDonald, Sage Northcutt, Eddie Alverez, Lyoto Machida leave the UFC sucks.
MentalGains The fact that fighters have an alternative on paper doesn’t justify the pay they’re getting, the UFC know that there’s a stigma of fighters joining other promotions and that other promotions hardly pay any better so they exploit them with take it or leave it negotiation tactics. The UFC pay the least they can get away with paying, not what elite athletes of the most dangerous Sport deserve.

He looked real bad I never seen a top level fighter looking like that
@Woobie ok tough guy
@Woobie lol shut up dude, not everyone need to live a life of violence or around violence. cool guy right here
That's what fights are basically. Most fighters look like they're in a car crash for the week afterwards. That's why respect is such a big part of combat sports. Every shot you take, means you can take one less the next time. Fighters leave pieces of them inside the cage. I find it so odd when they're asked "what's next" or told who they want to fight 1 hour after fighting. Let them rest. Take one shin to shin kick, most people will be hobbling for a week.
It's been two years, and I still keep rewatching this video, when I need inspiration. This one is special. And what those warriors gave us in the Octagon was special. Thank you UFC.

when the adrenalin's gone the pain starts setting in. these guys are true warriors.
Seeing a busted up Dan being carried off on that stretcher is a reminder that this is one of the best forms of entertainment in the world. The men and women who get into that octagon sacrifice everything for glory and greatness that they may never get. It's a beautiful and unforgiving sport.
You would have loved the Colosseum battles to the death back in the day, lol.

Hooker was a changed man after that fight. You could see it when he stepped into the ring with Chandler. He looked drained, almost grey, as if stepping into the ring triggered some trauma. This fight with Dustin was the kind of war that happens when your back is against the wall and sheer will determines who lives and who dies. The fact that Poirier was standing and laughing afterwards just tells you what kind of a maniac that man is. For Millionaire Boy McGregor to even think he is on an level with those guys is ridiculous.
It's impressive he was so game against Haqparast. He seemed focus and happy there. Dan's the man.
I mean...McGregor did demolish this same Poirier in one round before this and was beating this same Poirier in the rematch until the calf kicks set in. And that was a McGregor solely using a boxing stance for Pacquiao, not the McGregor of old. Of course he's on the level with these guys and old McGregor was arguably above.
@@user-nv2wt4hi8t yeah people are quick to forget that first round , Connor was dominating but those clad kicks added up fast

Hooker did more damage to Poirier in the legs certainly. But I think it's obvious that Poirier did more damage to Dan's face.
Dan gasses also, so a lot of this you are seeing here is pure exhaustion, Poirier had the better cardio and was still able to fight back pretty well at the same time that Dan was totally gassed.
Lord of the belts: The return of the KING the pure exhaustion is real
@@lordofthebeltsthereturnoft1127 When you are discerning who did more "damage" in a fight I think it's only appropriate to examine the TOTALITY of damage each person inflicted.
