Yep. Especially considering that they’re both the vessels of Michael and Lucifer, except in this case Dean (Michael) would be the “fallen angel” and Sam (Lucifer) would be the righteous warrior. It would have been an incredible way to end the series, history repeating itself once again.
Honestly, I know this episode was supposed to show us that something had finally pushed Dean over the point of being able to control the Mark's urges to kill but I had zero problem with any of this. They killed Charlie. If I was a member of Sam and Dean's team I would be cheering him on or helping him.
By this logic, given that Sam and Dean are well know mass murderers someone finding out about Sam's kid is totally justified in killing Sam's wife and kid right?
I loved that dean just went all punisher on there ass. This was not the mark of Cain this was losing a family member someone that was a little sister to him. Only thing the mark did was give dean a boost but this was dean Winchester not demon dean if this was Sam or castiel or Bobby it would be just as bad or worse this is getting justice and revenge for losing a family member.
I honestly felt so bad for the kid, he didn’t want a part in this. He was blackmailed to harvest the bully, the bully still would have died just the kid would’ve also died.
I think this is one of the few times where Dean did everything right. The Stynes were trouble from minute 1 but rather than allow them to be a bigger threat after murdering one of their friends Dean decided to uproot and destroy the entire Styne family tree. All of them were abominations that had lived far too long and they would only continue to prey upon people for a long time to come. They were trouble and Dean avenged the death of Charlie in a way that would certainly make her happy.

I always felt so bad for that kid, he didn’t do anything and was so innocent but the fact that dean still killed him showed how much the moc had changed him
Damn imagine the stories you could have had from this. The show could have become a darker psychological exploration of deans descent into madness after all these years of murder. Could have ended the show on a high note.
Yep. Especially considering that they’re both the vessels of Michael and Lucifer, except in this case Dean (Michael) would be the “fallen angel” and Sam (Lucifer) would be the righteous warrior. It would have been an incredible way to end the series, history repeating itself once again.
yup wish they didn't take away the Mark of Cain until s13. :( AND THEN the storylines. I liked Deanmon too. (Wish they kept him around.)
0:58 I thought that was Steve Martin for a sec when he popped his head in the frame lol
" What have you done? " Why absolutely nothing Castiel. Just made sure that psycho clan never comes after my loved ones again. Nothing personal...
Demon Dean should have lasted that entire season at least.
"At the end of the day, someone has to make the enemy afraid of the dark."
I love watching supernatural clips out of context
Damn soldier boy was pretty ruthless
first I was like huh new enemies...it's gonna be interesting. maybe it'll go for a season or two but then dean freaked out
They should have expanded to this cause that was just a small branch of the stynes family they said that it's spread throughout the whole world.
This is why Black Noir was scared of Soldier Boy
dean is a goodman
This is the moment Dean became Soldier Boy
And dean would grow up to be soldier boy
It seems like the mark gives him extra strength when needed
Somehow "I'm going to take everything from you" is more intimidating then anything demon Dean could have said
3:40 and thats why chuck called dean the ultimate killer.
I honestly felt so bad for the kid, he didn’t want a part in this. He was blackmailed to harvest the bully, the bully still would have died just the kid would’ve also died.
This is like when Joel killed the entire hospital of Fireflies to save Ellie in The Last Of Us
If anything this just goes to show how capable the winchesters are against humans
The styne family aren’t humans.
"Dean! What did you do??"
Well Castiel, I'd say he got shit DONE!
Take notice!
Damn Soldier Boy rampaging
He's a lot like the Punisher but with pie. The Pie-isher.
That's exactly how he would've reacted if it had been Sam. Charlie really was Dean's sister.
They definitely did not want his liver 😂
3:23 callback to episode 7 of the season
Cole: “it was a human voice and he begged you to stop.”
Dean: “it’s a ploy; a monster’s trick. I know what you heard but know this: that was not your father. Your father was already gone.”
Castiel at the end" Dean what have you done" . I'd like to think he answered with " uhhhhh pretty self explanatory there Cas "
Soldier boy looks different here
I love this dark side of Dean when he got the mark of Cain it was over for everyone, he wasn’t playing
