Once I was going out and my friend told me that we are going to gather at apartments of new friends he met and then go out in town. The apartment was rented by three girls ( all have boyfriends unfortunately), but they are very funny and nice. We were sitting and talking, they offered us coffee, then suddenly there was a silent moment. Since I am by nature a bit shy and sometimes I loose my self in thoughts, one of the girl wanted to break the silence and asked me:
Soooo, what are you thinking about Stevan?
The first thing it fell on my mind is Worf in this situation, so I replied:
      Good coffee, nice apartment.
I expected everyone to be confused or burst in laughter, but actually it restarted conversation, so thank you Worf.

I always liked the "gik'tal challenge" scene. Worf's a harsh teacher, but the lesson is sound: if you think someone's messing with the rules to set you up to fail, speak up. Even if you can't win that one time, don't let them think you didn't notice or that you're too scared to call them out. Otherwise, once that starts, it never ends.
