Hello, Iâm Joe - Iâm a guitar player, singer-songwriter, producer, recording engineer and teacher!
On this channel youâll find my original songs, covers and solo fingerstyle guitar arrangements. My favorite music doesnât fit neatly in a box so you may hear me play folk, blues, jazz, & classic rock - you can call it what you want; I feel honored to speak this timeless language of melody, harmony & rhythm.
I was born on May 25th 1991 in Kempsey, NSW, Australia. Since 2010 I have been based in the US and currently live in the Rocky Mountains of Montana with my wife, Genevieve (who teaches illustration on CZcams!).
I play Maton acoustic guitars, made in Australia (just like me) and am very proud to have my own signature instrument, the JR Signature!
In addition to song performances, you will also find guitar lessons, chord breakdowns, TAB, tutorials, gear reviews and other guitarist related content to help you stay inspired on the instrument.
I stream high quality livestream concerts regularly, if youâd like to be notified when I announce a livestream, you can put your email in here: joes.lnk.to/LivestreamEmail
Please subscribe and ring the bell etc. đ
Cheers!
Joe

Thanks Joe! Was finally about to work on some classic rock material... but came across this video. I'll think I'll have to wait till spring... trying to "master" this first. Jesse Fuller rocks!
wow thank you!
Jesse Fuller rocks! Awesome video, thanks a lot. ;)
Cheers from Hungary!
very high skill level. Please show us how to play the equally beautiful and such different Eva's Cassidy version of this song. Regards
Yet another slam dunk if a lesson. Any player who hasnât purchased any of your courses seriously needs to consider it. Iâm doing so well with them. I improve literally every time I pick up my git fiddle. lol Joe makes it easy to learn. In my 30 years of playing guitar Iâve never had so much fun. Jesse Fuller Rocks! EC unplugged album is one of the best albums of all time in my opinion. So may inspiring songs for guitarists and just pure blues joy!
So happy to hear that Dave!!! Thanks so much âđ»
@@Joe_Robinson my pleasure buddy. Cheers!
You can also go to E chord off the Fchord
Yeah Joe!..Jesse Fuller does rock! I've been strumming this song since the 60's...originally on a big 12 string. Have always enjoyed the driving rhythm of it so much that I've never thought of fingerpickin' it. You've inspired me...thank you!
Love it!! đ€đ»

Enjoyed this, thanks for doing it, second half way above my comfort zone unfortunately, but I got a few things out of it, thanks again
Iâm glad you enjoyed it, I tried to include something here for players of all levels âđ»
Jesse Fuller Rocks :-)
Jesse Fuller rocks. So do you.
Jesse Fuller does rock, so do you Joe.
At 1:27 in this video you are not fretting the high E string on the F chord, correct?
This is going to take me a while-maybe 15 minutes a day for the next year? Great lesson though!
Jesse fuller rocks
GRACIAS AMIGO !!!!!!......PLEASE .....BORSALINO TUTORIAL STEP BY STEP .......đđđđđđđđđđđđ
Hey Joe do you play out anywhere regular every week. I got friends coming from Washington state and weâre going to Nashville. I live in Crossville so weâre meeting in Nashville I was just hoping you play somewhere during the week. Weâre going to be in Nashville on the 15th and 16th of September. Appreciate you thank you
Safe travels Marc, I am not playing anywhere in town unfortunately!
Thank you sir. Please do post if youâre playing anywhere in Nashville. I have a home an hour and a half away in Crossville
Great ! But not really for beginner here! Will take Many years to cet 50% level Joe, but thank you âŠit is the goal
My aim here was to have some ideas for everybody! If youâre a beginner you can follow the chords and work on developing some Fingerstyle patterns, if you are more advanced I go into some soloing ideas toward the end of the video! Happy to see nice comments for folks appreciating the video âđ»âđ»
This video is a mini guitar course in itself. Thereâs plenty to keep me going for months. Thanks Joe (I think).
Thanks so much Graham âđ»
Brilliant but please play each song utterly true note for note in the melody somewhere if not just to preserve the tune for posterityâs sake and also for people to measure against what you started with.
