Excellent advice bro, 100% man so many people are addicted to scrolling in the evening and morning and they don’t even realise it’s literally ruining their whole life
I agree that being on a device first thing in the morning is bad because it gives all burst of dopamine and then theres no desire to do regular everyday things like the desire would just be to stay in bed Great video 💯 Ill definitely be taking this advice. I use my phone to make me feel awake in the mornings even though i know i shouldn’t. But inshallah that is changing starting tmr Just like you said, another important thing is the night before. I need to sleep early and have a consistent schedule. Oh and also to not intake information before sleep so that mentally im resting Okay just everything u said was great 😭 👌 thank you. allah huma barik thats solid keep up the great work, depends brother if you have a weight goal, if your trying to cut id have lean meats and vegetables after evening session. If your maintaining or putting on size, id eat organic source of carbs such as wild rice, sourdough etc & lean meats with veg & fruit on the side or for afters is good too.
