Jezakhallah kheyren brother. I have one question: if I understand correctly, you do bodybuilding, strength training (heavy compund lifts), and combat sports. If my understanding is correct, how do you manage to combine all these? I am asking because I am interested in building muscle and developing functional strength and at the same time learning self defense skills. Jezakhallah kheyren for your help.
Love
Thank you for this gem of a video! May Allah reward you for your great deeds

MashaAllah TabarakaAllah ak strong 💪🏽

Masha allah when did you revert to Islam ?
Agreed with everything you said Akh

This Video helped me a lot thanks Brother!
Great reminders akhi, barakallah feek
Can u update ur full day of eating now out of Ramadan. What have u changed
Salam u alaykum wa rahmatullah, everything fine? Which food should i avoid for a good physique and for building muscles? BarakAllahu feek
Salam u alaykum
Yeah working out keeps you focused though
Boxing is haraam. Only one deen. Islam. ☝️
Even to train though?
@@sugoi9680 No hitting the head at all. No activity that causes major harm. Cover the awrah. No free-mixing (genders). Simple. Anything else, good to go. Research on IslamQA, or ask a trustworthy scholar about these conditions for a combat sport. Islam has a code. We follow the code. Simple. Only one deen. Islam.☝️ Assalamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu
@@StrongerBeliever Walaykum Salaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatoho.
Strong bro, I train with ranj also. Be good to train together one day 👊🏼
The only thing is I train mostly outside and bring my weights to the calisthenics park because of time its faster so I do not go to a gym. Usually just do pistol squats and random dumbell work for endurance legs as opposed to having huge legs
No more skipping leg bro, i was thinking about it too. Selamun Aleykum
Wa alaykum Salam, let’s go!!!
There is bad carbs and good carbs like the processed/ultra processed (bleached) carbs and it's not just carbs trans seed oil fats are even worse these types of junk should be avoided, well other carbs like honey ,fruits and some veggies these types of food are beneficial yeah,
Great stuff but man you should really use some safeties for the squats! People have died that way.
You are talking about this subject from a perspective of feelings. Your feelings. Thus, everything you say in this video can be rejected. For example, the guy commenting about fat adaption is correct. You are a sugar burner, it can take weeks to months to become fat adapted. Also, if you don't eat enough fat you will be lethargic. The content you put out should be based on more than your feelings. Your video is not useful for the public, because nothing is based in science. Everything you said can be refuted. Still, GL on your journey. 😊
alhamdulillah
Dude please stop you are destroying your rotator cuffs
Sick progression my bro, keep going with it!
my gym only has straight (parallel) dip bars. I wish I has angled ones like this.
Sick pr brother im chasing 100kg press as well
You strong bro! Nearly there ✊🏾✊🏾
Can you make a video on training for function (strength, endurance, speed, etc.) . Like the guidelines and basic exercises?
Thanks for the suggestion, noted 📝 will do!

Respect!!
Not true. When you feel like sh...t without carbs means that you are not fully fat addapted. I tell you this from own experience. I work hard in gym with 2 hours hard weight training and i feel perfect with low / medium carbs exclusively from non starchy vegetables & IF OMAD (2 hours feed/ 22 fast). This story with carbs is just a fairytale.
That’s great that it works for you, no need to change anything
Any tips for shoulder pain while benching/pressing movements?
Honestly this could mean a lot I’m sorry I can’t be help, maybe check your technique if it’s not correct overtime you will get discomfort. Definitely take time to recover and eat well.
That's hard to guage without seeing you. Anyone that gives you a cookie cutter answer without a movement pattern assessment has an ebook to sell you.
If you have pain, your technique is wrong. Lower the weight and learn how to take the bar / your body through the full range of motion with *full control* over the *entire range of motion*. Yes, that means you will have to humble yourself. Strict technique reps are a lot harder than just pushing through. The reward is a healthy joint and no injury. Trust me. I went through shoulder impingement and a partial tear to learn this lesson. If you don't have full control throughout the rep without feeling discomfort or even pain, you're doing it wrong. Drop the ego, work on your technique and only do reps as long as you can *maintain* proper technique. A rep that hurts in the shoulder / joint is not a good rep but a ticket to snap city. Again, when you feel pain you need to stop what you're doing and re-evaluate. Don't be dumb and try to be "a warrior" that "goes hard". If it hurts you're not being hard, you're litereally just simply hurting yourself. Don't do it.

Agree bro, carbs are essential however its the processed garbage carbs we want to avoid.
Exactly that no cabs means shit pump lol
To correct you. First off, carbohydrates are not essential in the human diet. The body produce the exact amount of glucose it needs via gluconeogenis. If you are not fat adapted, which I've heard can take a few weeks up to a a few monts to become, you will gass out because your body is not effiecient at using fat as a fuel source. Secondly, it doesn't matter if the carbohydrates are procecessed (sugar) or if they are whole (potatoe) they will all break down into glucose in you bloodstream.
Mashallah akh how old are you? You only been training 4 years?
Alhamdulliah I’m 24 years old akhi, been lifting for about 2 years done 2 years of body weight before
@@grindovamatter could you show your progress from when you first started to now
By intensity, do you mean going close to failure to get stronger?
Yes definitely train close to failure or failure. More sets, more weight, less rest time, harder variations, tempo reps and loads more things you can tweak.
Great work my bro mashallah
My brother for life ❤️
Eid Mubarak brother, newish subscriber here. Keep doing your thing 💪🏾, im tryna get like you allahumma baarik. What would u advise a novice who's trying to get their first pullup to do? Assist machine or bands or negatives?
Eid Mubarak akhi, you’ll be better than me insh allah. Negative and bands are great, just take your time and focus on technique
Also isometric holds forgot to mention
How many times a week should you train squats and deadlifts as a novice?
For a beginner, I would only do heavy squats and deadlifts once a week, maybe twice if the second time you’re going lighter/higher volume. Should give you plenty of recovery time
Once a week is good
🦍🦍🦍
Big love brother! Keep grinding 📈
How you programming the training akhi ? Like incorporating the volume days. Looking solid bro Allahuma barik keep pushing
Wa alaykum Salam, I train 2 lower body days and 2 upper body days focused on compounds, then I do secondary lifts and accessories. Some days volume and some days heavy I alternate
Nice brother. Insha Allah one day we catch a session together if you’re in west ldn 🤝
