For a beginner, I would only do heavy squats and deadlifts once a week, maybe twice if the second time you’re going lighter/higher volume. Should give you plenty of recovery time

Eid Mubarak akhi, you’ll be better than me insh allah. Negative and bands are great, just take your time and focus on technique
