    Eid Mubarak brother, newish subscriber here. Keep doing your thing 💪🏾, im tryna get like you allahumma baarik. What would u advise a novice who's trying to get their first pullup to do? Assist machine or bands or negatives?

      Eid Mubarak akhi, you’ll be better than me insh allah. Negative and bands are great, just take your time and focus on technique

    How many times a week should you train squats and deadlifts as a novice?

      For a beginner, I would only do heavy squats and deadlifts once a week, maybe twice if the second time you’re going lighter/higher volume. Should give you plenty of recovery time
