Her kicking the officer probably wont hurt him too badly, but it shows that she is willing to cause physical harm to a law enforcement officer. Just imagine that same person but armed with a weapon and you can see why its an issue.

Instead she claimed she did "nothing wrong", proceeded to yell, ignore orders, resist arrest, and kick police officers.
She could've easily avoided any of the charges if she had LISTENED.
