If anyone experiences a situation like the neighbor, put the phone on speaker and find the source of the blood. Take your shirt and/or belt off and try to stop it. Extreme pressure and CPR if that's needed. Even an unconscious person can be saved by the paramedics. This man was beyond return, but the next one may not be.
