Second floor probably offers a better view, could also see hints of century city as well. Looks like they focused my on the architecture of the house over view. I’m sure being up the hill there’s some views.

It’ll get me more than 3 yrs to know the half of the house but because I love it I sure damn ready to take a lifetime to know the whole mansion. So elegant and comfortable.

The house is breath taking.
If I had a luxurious house of this size, right now, I’d move all of my family members into it so we don’t have to be forced to be apart from one another due to the virus situation. Then everyone could have their own part of the house and we could all visit each other, help take care of one another and be there for every function that we wanted to and not if we chose not to. All with respect for one another’s privacy of course, and if they didn’t want to live there now then they would always be welcome when they were ready! :).

But I must admit nothing about this house says warm loving home.....it's cold and too big with so much wasted space.
I wouldn't turn down this place if someone gave it to me. I do believe that I would list it, and then take the money, build the home of my dreams, pretty much a couple of bedroom master suites, nothing crazy, use some of the profits to build the bar I have been dreaming of since forever, and live stress free doing what makes me happy. Since I'm probably not going to spend 69 million dollars I might just randomly do something like pay off a persons student loans, or medical bills, set up a homeless person with somewhere to live, maybe go to liquor stores and give the cashier like 500 bucks just to do it.
