Someone said earlier that this house has cracks on the inside. Someone tell me that knows about this house that it isn’t true!!!! I love this house and looking to buy something very soon.
While settlement cracks are not uncommon in our buildings, there weren't any that I noticed during the tour; there are inspections available to confirm that should you choose to opt for one.

Amazing home and the builder made the right choice in NOT putting a mirror behind the stove. Putting a mirror behind a stove is the dumbest idea ever!
the *owner made the right choice... that's the beauty of full custom homes, do what you like! P.S. the mirror as a backsplash serves more purpose than just aesthetics; it visually opens up spaces, or reflects an impressive view, such as this place.

There are some estate style homes with greater distance to neighbors, most are in rural preservation areas and not master planned communities.

It’s actually more common than you might think. Many of these are secondary homes for the owners and relocating every couple of years is just part of the ownership plan.

While most part of Henderson is located in the lower part of the valley (elevation), Macdonald Highlands has one of the highest elevations and results in cooler temperature year round, and there are no shortage of greenery there... that said, I was still sweating my ___ off when filming this 😅
