- I show you all 6 titan weak points and showcase the extra damage amount, it's easily missed during multiplayer to aim for the weak point in Titanfall 2 but it's good to have an indication as to where to aim when battling other titans.
Titanfall 2 Wikia and details on all 6 titans below:
Titanfall 2 chassis type. Seen in the singleplayer trailer equipped with the 40mm Tracker cannon and Salvo Core core ability - capable of equipping a variety of weapons & abilities in the full game. Primary titan for use in single player campaign as BT-7274. Captain Lastimosa states during the game's training mission that the Vanguard-class chassis is the first one designed by Militia forces, and not stolen from IMC designs.
ION: Titanfall 2 chassis type. Loadout based around energy weaponry. Equipped with Splitter Rifle, laser shot, tripwire, vortex shield and laser core.
TONE: Titanfall 2 chassis type. Loadout based around lock-on attacks. Equipped with Tracker Rockets and Sonar Lock. Rockets can be guided mid-flight.
SCORCH: The titan that replaces the Ogre. Loadout based around incendiary weaponry. Equipped with T-203 Thermite Launcher, firewall, incendiary trap, heat shield and flame core.
LEGION: Loadout focuses on defense and control. Equipped with Predator Cannon, protect sheild, and smart core.
RONIN: Titanfall 2 chassis type. Loadout based around close range weaponry and stealth. Equipped with Leadwall Shotgun, arc wave, phase dash, sword block and sword core.
NORTHSTAR: Titanfall 2 chassis type. Loadout based on setting traps and precision attacks. Equipped with cluster missiles and vertical thrusters for takeoffs. - Hry

I also noticed that the your core meter went up 5% for a critical hit verses 3% for a non critical hit.

I was hoping that you would mention the kits that are based around weak spots. Like ions entangled is energy kit or scorchs tempered plating kit which completely removes his weak points

Play as a scorch and lib your incendiary over his shield then push him back. Play as a Legion and use cover til you take his shield down then push forward.
The game is fine, just try new strategies and practice.

Good video, it does seem to me though from seeing this, that every titan is just weak at the cockpit. I was expecting a limb spot or two. -_-

Also of note- these areas of the titan can be damaged by normal weapons, if, for whatever reason, you didn't bring a anti-titan weapon or a grenade launcher, put your bullets here and you can still deal a little damage.
Tone is excessively over used in TF2 really to a point of dislike. I don't use Tone specifically because I know I can wreck anybody from anywhere and that's not challenging to me. Scorch is my guy he requires actual tactics
And Ronin . I love chasing and stalking Tones . Phase whenever they get the last lock . Ends up with an execution and the Tone player raging

Scorch can't see the weak spots because none of the weapons are precise and Scorch can't deal crits.

I think Scorch doesn't see weakpoints bc he probably cannot get crits with any of his fire-based weapons. Else it would just be a very simple knowledge check of remembering where the (fairly obvious) weakpoints are. It wouldn't make sense for them to hide them as a balancing factor.
I like tone mainly because if the team is losing when my titans ready switch it to tone an all of the other titans will get rekt

Kinda wish they replaced Northstars Flight Core with like Gun Core or something where you quickly reload and all your shots are already fully charged and you can shoot them as fast as you can press a button. Something that is strong but really requires good aim to actually be effective. Flight core just sucks. It doesn’t have any punch to it and it practically leaves you wide open on top of not having any defense or defensive abilities what so ever. Most NS mains suggest not using Flight Core unless your back is cornered and hope you kill the enemy before they kill you. Which most of the time when using flight core, they do.
