How many copies of Floors pop album will sell, 2 maybe 3 thousand? I doubt it will even chart in any country outside of Netherlands.
@NP it is surprising box sets have not sold out. The other day, Floor said there are 100 box sets left.
However long it takes, it will be worth the wait!

Most likely the album will not be released in 2023, but in spring 2024. That has been the schedule for at least the last two albums.
And Tuomas has confirmed 2024 as the year of release in interviews too..
Please take my money, but give me more Nightwish!

Numbers say nothing. Album was released just before the pandemic/lockdowns, and there are a lot of streaming services now.

I have a lot to look forward to in 2024. Nightwish will have a new album, Tarja will have a new album. It will be a varied collection.
@Hezekiah Montiel Yes, Tarja too. I have high expectations after the release of her latest rock album. This year she is due to release another dark Christmas album and the first electronic music album by Otlanders, her side project, but next year it will be a rock album
And Tarja is coming back to the US in June, this time visiting 12 cities.

Tuomas was interviewed by the french NW fan website right before they played in Paris and he stated that this next album theme would be in the continuity of EFMB and Human Nature.
This year Xandria,Delain, Dark Sarah have already released their new albums and now Nightwish at the end of the year 🎊 beautiful 😍!!!
My opinion: EFMB was not good and Human Nature was even worse. One of the many reasons why I don't think I will listen to the new album.

Yeah , I know that sounds cheesy...but.... every song from2013 onwards ( Floor Jansen years ) I've heard has been special,....but the one that makes me cry for joy the most is " Storytime " That 2013 Wacken concert is something to behold,,,,,,,, musical perfection , no?

I don't think this album is going to be released this year. It usually takes at least half a year after they are done with their recordings (without the orchestra recordings.. they need to be finished too)..
I think it will be an early 2024 release in March or April. Either way, I am so much looking forward to No. 10.

Sa seule erreur de parcours a été son choix de sélectionner Annette après le renvoi de Tarja. Il y a eu une vraie erreur de casting. Cela a été une douche froide lorsque je l'ai entendue la première fois.
Aucune performance pour changer du Métal Symphonique.
Heureusement que les albums étaient bons.
Même si les causes de son départ restent ambigües, c'était la meilleure des choses qu'il pouvait arriver à Nightwish.
L'arrivée de Floor a été une véritable bouffée d'oxygène pour le groupe et pour nous aussi..
Maintenant, il n'y a pas qu'à être patient pour pouvoir entendre ce 10ème album 🥰🥰

Massively pleased that Nightwish are heading back into the metal realm, that isn't at all to say that Human Nature isn't a good album, but given both Nightwish and Floor's back catalogue, it always seemed to stand out as a more folk-oriented release.
Metal is where I feel Floor is most at home, and where Nightwish truly belongs.
