The CZcams channel has plenty of police chases in both car & motorcycles that are professionally recorded. The Car That Terrorized An Entire Continent was Subaru WRX STI - which is in this video.

They're many specialist drivers around who can get away from police in any old bucket of shit and incredibly with 2 wheels damaged and punctured . Such is their level of skill at the driving game
Ghostrider is an OG in this space. He's based out of Sweden. Part of the reason that I think he can get away so quick may be due to their pursuit laws.

Right car for the environment, looks and sounds like a WRX, can’t beat those cars properly modified in an urban environment, the amount of suspension travel in those cars keeps all 4 wheels firmly planted on the shittiest roads, AWD gives you full control even in low traction environments. It’s a super light and nimble chassis. Don’t get me wrong I’m an old school big V8 guy but I did have the pleasure of owning one for a number of years and I use to look forward to major snowstorms in the winter, did a number of 4 wheel drifts pass cop cars in the snow and they didn’t even bother…. lol

Sweden my have stricter law on running from the cops but they don't have the equipment to truly chase them down. I bet if the ghost rider comes to the states and try running from cops in florida,Arkansas etc the states that don't give up and with spin you out at 150mph with no care if you serve
