I am an aggressive rider like yourself and planning on putting some Trailmax raids on my 1290 too. But worried about life of the tyre. How many KM's you have on them now and how is the wear? Cheers!
Well, I can’t remember exactly but I’m quite sure the suspension was set on Auto mode. Preload on Standard (auto) mode as well. That is the setup I use most of the time. Very comfortable, but as you begin to push a bit more it gets stiffer. For higher speeds I use Sport mode. The only time I’ve used the manual setup (stiffer position available) cad during a track day I had in Varano
@@SpiritzRides ok cool , thanks for answering, i find putting the rear shock stifer and front less stiff making power wheelie s easier to do. but i see you use a clutch, iam still getiing used to clutch wheelies.

Well, let me tell you they hold up very very well! No other 50/50 tire can do the same on tarmac IMHO.
