I actually own one of those mexican ramchargers.
It's basically a short bed short cab ram 1500 chassis, and it uses a hard rear door extended cab, (because the middle side widows pop out just like the ext cab), and then it uses a late 90's caravan tailgate.
The only exterior parts that are specific to it are the taillights, rear bumper, and rear side glass, (the long panel)
The interior is all just 98-02 ram from the front seats forward, and everything behind them is specific to it.
It's nice being all mechanically dodge ram, easy to get parts to keep on the road.
I road trip mine all over north america. It's nice because the back seats fold down flat, and a queen size mattress fits in the back.
It's now got 330000km I've driven it so much. 318, 5.2L v8, 4 speed auto, nice and simple, easy to work on, comfortable to drive, and gets all kinds of attention, I absolutely love it.

I don't get these cars where they need a cheap, easy to replace part, but won't do it. Just list it and tell prospective buyers. Spend the hundred bucks on a battery and sell a problem-free car. Or spend the 500 bucks swapping the alternator if you're going to ask $15,500 for that Corolla then have NO CONS.
