Already using Looker Studio in my work in Digital Marketing & Web Analytics, will be interesting to see how different Tableau & Power Bi are compared to Looker Studio. In my opinion, learning the basics in Looker Studio was very easy, but I don't expect the same from the other tools. One thing I have never needed to do in Marketing Analytics / Web Analytics, is data blending, because there are 3rd party connectors in Looker Studio that do it for me, so I am looking forward to learning more proper ways to work data 😅

Hi there. I am learning Data Science with Python but I changed it to Data Analysis with Python at DataCamp. Not easy. The more you progress, the more things become hard. Please is it Data Analysis or Data Analytics?

Hey Sundas, please suggest one data visualisation tool amongst PowerBi,Tableau and Alteryx although alteryx is majorly used for Data extraction and Data Wrangling.
I'm currently without a job after quitting my job to go traveling, want to find a new career opperunity within data management (master data), every single person wants exerpience, even the entry levle roles, just doesn't make sense! its been 5 months!

Definitely not. Probably gon get you entry level shit but that’s the point, once you get a job/internship… just keep learning and improving. We will end up in a big company 🤞🏾

Would a person that graduated form a bachelors degree in environmental microbioogy can become a data scientist without the knowledge of programing?
I am not from the IT sector and I feel that technologies like GPT could replace us. Therefore, I am thinking of learning a new skill from scratch. I believe it is important to understand how to work with AIs like GPTs or how to operate them by learning computer science and programming. However, I am also confused because I have seen programmers and programming learners discussing how they might lose their jobs because of AIs like GPT. Additionally, seeing experienced computer scientists and engineers like yourself working on social media has made me doubt whether I should devote my time to start learning programming and computer science. I am already in my 40s and it would mean a lot to my family if something I learn now will allow me to secure a job in case I lose my current job. I hope you can help me by providing some real insights into the industry’s job prospects. Thank you in advance for your advice!
I'm kind of in the same boat you are. I'm 48 and was laid off in November from a 15 year career as a mortgage underwriter. I need to start a new career in a new field. I didn't grow up on computers and tech like the younger generations have, so much of this is going to be all new to me.

Should do power bi rather tableau or any other.
Excel, sql and powerbi is enough for entry level job.

Mostly requestors dont know what is possible or how/what they want. After requirements I develop reports what I think is best. Mid presentation I ask them what they want to change.Its a journey for both.
